Damo has been busy this past week dealing with the front strength braces on the 1974 MGB GT... Soon to be V8. To our not so pleasant surprise this brave had been repaired at least three times before us, however all they had done was stick it over the old panel resulting in Damo having to peel it like an onion 😱. Original P38 oil sump cleans up well. This sump came on the bottom of our rover 4.6l V8 engine in a less desirable state. This is the most ideal sump design for an MGB V8 conversation due to the shape allowing to live together in harmony with the front crossmember without any modifications.
