remember that a little goes a long way and even though doing your best might not look as big and great and promising as others would like it to, it is still the best you can do in this moment and that will always be good enough. our best fluctuates from day to day depending on our energy levels and mental health. don’t be so hard on yourself. you can run, walk, crawl or drag yourself through it all.. you can even stop for a second and take a little breather. it’s okay. sometimes our best is just to endure. i am proud of you and i believe in you.
