//So I’ve had an insane month. And I’ve not really been writing much. I’ve definitely not been up for starting new threads unless it’s with muns I talk to very frequently OOC. But, I’ve had some things come up. Which actually means I’ve got a little less pressure on me. So I’m looking to ease back into writing more. At the moment, I’m only looking at blogs I’m already writing on. I currently have no active threads on this blog, but I do have one featuring two of this blog’s muses over on Eight’s blog. So I’m counting this one as active.

A week alone with this child would probably drive him to murder. Fortunately, the Doctor had been gone several days already. “He shall return in a few days time, I would think. He left several days ago.”

“Oh, alright, nothing’s wrong with that either but I don’t think spending most of the time reading it that fun.” he called out slightly as he curiously moved to open a door but he stopped before he did and just leaned on the wall beside it, adjusting his sweater a bit.

“…have you ever worried that there would be a day he wouldn’t come back?” Theta glanced over at the android, brushing some hair behind his ear before he just shoved his hands in the pockets of his jeans.

“Of course.  An impulsive fool he may be, but as much as I am loathe to admit it, I care for him.  Not that you’ll remark upon that if you have any concern for your own well-being.  Do bear in mind that I do not need to sleep.”

Theta didn’t have much of an understanding of that kind of relationship, he’d never had anything like it. He was still young and very inexperienced compared to the Master and the Doctor, he was a reckless brat.

//Hello guys.  So as I’ve probably talked about extensively, I’m a grad student and an instructor.  It is a crazy time of the semester.  I have, currently, two threads I’m replying to here on Eight.  If I owe you a reply on a different thread, I have not forgotten about it.  I will get to it.  When life is hectic, I often give preference to people I talk to frequently OOC, simply because it’s easier to bounce ideas and therefore generate replies.

“Sometimes I wish we could go back to them days, less worries and no fighting for our lives.” The Doctor looked up at the ceiling, sighing softly before he looked at the Master.

“It’s been so long since I was Theta Sigma and you were Koschei.” The names felt so odd coming from his mouth, it had been many, many years since he’s spoken either name or even heard them for that matter.

“Do you think things will ever be anything like that again,” the Doctor asked, furrowing his brows in thought.

The names were almost foreign, it had been so long since he had heard them.  Those names belonged to the children they once were, not the people they had become.  Those names belonged to innocence and wonder and curiosity, to a time before everything had fallen apart.  They were different people now.  There was no going back.
