TIPS
This is a really good abs routine to start out your workout. I do this routine right at the beginning when I step into the gym.
20-30 reps each exercise-DO EACH EXERCISE SLOWLY ( remember PERFECT FORM)
1.Basic crunch 2.Right and Left Oblique crunch 3.Toe Touch 4. Reverse crunches 5. Right n Left side crunches 6. Push through 7. Leg push up 8. Alternating curl (bicycles) 9.Curl ( similar to basic crunch- less intense) Do untill fail
