Well I was still at Roselle when I claimed Celia Clarington. Then there was Yale, then babies, then Harvard Law. Now I work in D.C. as a federal attorney as I work towards becoming a U.S. appointed Attorney. What about you, CEO?

I'm a Berkeley man myself, actually. I got out to New York City, majored in business, then went onto internships and the likes. Though I can't say I was a large fan of fetching coffee for others, so Firebird Publishing was born, and the rest is history. No kids, but an African serval still keeps me company, and I did propose to Elijah not long ago. No specific wedding plans yet, but it's certainly in the future.

Sure I do. It was back when seeing you everyday didn’t go right along with my basic needs as a human being. Still, I miss being young sometimes. Or, rather, eighteen, because I’m still very much youthful, despite how many candles are on my birthday cake.

But now you need to see me everyday or else you’ll dissolve into dust, so it all works out and you’re stuck with me forever. Sometimes I think I miss being young again but then I remember all the friends, and sex, and punishments I went through. I like our life much better now. Besides, you still look and act like you’re eighteen- I don’t think we have to worry about aging. I haven’t even hit my final growth spurt yet. 

It wasn’t all bad. I met you when I was young, and some of those friends and punishments helped me grow up. I thought that even speaking the words dominance or submission would bring upon me a bad omen, but look at what that turned into. Of course I like my life much better now, but Roselle wasn’t as bad as I liked to believe. And if I had the chance to go back and change some things, I certainly would. Prevent my precious serval from becoming a lap cat, for one.

They still have ten years. I know that time is going to fly by though.

And what about yourself, Quinn? I only got small glimpses of you at the reunion, your life story since graduation is still awaited eagerly.

How long until your small ones go to Roselle?

Have I read you the one where the princess dresses up like a boy, slays the dragon, and then ends up rescuing the prince all by herself?

Private: He…he called Godpa ‘Lijah his princess. Is it…is it because my hair isn’t curly enough? Does he want a different little princess?

PM: You mean to tell me I’m living with a traitor? That’s truly horrible, Jul, but it better not lead you to think that you’re not perfect the way you are, especially in the eyes of Daddy and Papa. Let me tell you, Daddy called El a princess long before the universe took a gamble at creating a force as bright as the sun, causing your birth to occur. And while your Daddy could have settled for ‘Lijah, he just knew that an even prettier princess was just waiting to rule, which is when you came into the picture. You don’t have to change for anyone, keep that in mind when you start being immune to boys’ cooties, unless it’s something you want to do. Besides, if you had hair like El, you’d have to create a whole different section in your hair to make sure your crown didn’t accidentally bounce off of the curls.

FTF: What makes you say that?

Oh… I thought maybe you would mention the copious amounts of sex, but islands are always fun. Which would you prefer? 

Speaking of which, now that I think about it, sex before a Roselle reunion dance is yet another thing I've yet to cross off. Mind helping me with that?

FTF: What makes you say that?

A pre-honeymoon? For our birthdays? You know you can’t just tease me like that and not expect me to pry everyday. Can I get a sneak-peek? 

It was just a small idea dancing around in my head, you can't possibly expect me to have details mapped out, as talented as I am. Although, I've never been on a cruise, that's definitely something to keep in mind. But then again, I've never owned a boat, either. I could pull a Leo DiCap and rent us a yacht for the week, and we could go somewhere fun, like the Bahamas or Jamaica or DisneyWorld. Or, there are some private islands that you can go to for something ridiculous, like a hundred a night, those are another possibility.

Text: That’s part of New York. There’s a loneliness to the city because of what it is. The reason I’m there is because at least you and Kurt are there.

FTF: What makes you say that?

You’ve given me everything, and I would feel like the biggest disappointment if I couldn’t give you children if that’s what you wanted. I think you’re right, like always, and we should focus on us. Everything just seems to be moving so fast in the outside world. I like us. I like being yours. 

We've never paid attention to the outside world, and now shouldn't be any different. If it makes us happy, then it's fine, and listening to what anyone else says is pointless. You and I, and our hopes and desires, that's what matters. Of course, sometimes things like work and family and friends get in the way of that, but it doesn't change the fact that I want to give you as much attention as possible, whether it be with another three small humans or without them. Which is why vacations like this are nice, even if we don't get a chance for them often. Although, both of our birthdays are in a month and a few days, so I'd love to treat you to another something then. It could be like a pre-honeymoon, the appetizer of sorts before we actually get married.
