The dark | Addicent
This place was growing on her, really, it was… but it was old and the floorboards groaned and creaked when no one stepped on them sometimes. It was the worst at night. Addison wasn’t afraid of anything aside from clowns and small spaces but the more she was put to bed in her own room, the pretty pink Little room, the more she felt the regression. The house was extra noisy tonight since it was incredibly windy out and every time the branches scratched over her window, she jumped a little. Mal would be annoyed if she didn’t get any sleep tonight. Bare feet padded across her room and out into the hall to slip into the door beside her’s. She stood there in a short pale pink nightgown and bit her lip gently. “Mommy?” She spoke just above a whisper while letting her eyes adjust to the dark. The tiny brunette took careful steps over to the bed. The wind howled outside and a branch thwacked against the window- she jumped with a squeak and quickly crawled into bed to cling to Mal. Fuck being quiet and gentle, that went out the door when her heart leapt into her throat.
Mal had to admit she didn’t hate this place nearly as much as the last one but that wasn’t to say that she loves it here. It was nice not to have to worry about people being stupid and dragging her into a punishment she didn’t earn. Not much had changed. She still kept to herself and busied herself with Addison.
The weather outside is exactly what put get into the deep sleep she was in. She didn’t hear Addison outside her door and she didn’t hear the small girl enter her room. She felt warmer than she wanted to be and tried to get the blanket off of her but she found it softer than she remembered. She groaned softly and rolled over, trying to find her deep sleep again.
Addison nearly got pushed off the sleeping domme but her koala cling skills had been mastered in the past week or so. At the next loud noise, she squeaked once more and buried her face into Mal, her small body pressed flush up against her. She clenched pretty jade green eyes shut and tried to just focus on the sound of Maleficent’s heartbeat.
The squeak pierced through her sleep and she opened her eyes slowly. Mal found two small arms around her and she frowned. She rolled over slowly and found Addison clinging her. “What are you doing?”
Those pink lips were pouty as she slowly opened one clenched eye at a time to look up at the domme innocently. “Scary noises, Mommy, can’t sleep.” She murmured. Addison prayed that Mal wouldn’t kick her out. She missed waking up next to her.
Mal was beginning to see that being a Big was a lot more exhausting than she thought it would be. She let out a small sigh and pulled Addison closer to her. "It's that bad. You're fine. Close your eyes and go to sleep."
