25 jumping jacks and a 30 second plank. I know its small but it's something!

Had one slice of ham with a pickle spear and djion mustard with 10 grapes for lunch. And a cup of water! Tasted a lot better than the sandwich- it was freeing to not have the bread!

Hi! I will be a college sophomore this coming fall and I want to lose some weight by then.
Me in a nutshell:
Highest: 192.4
CW:189.8
GW (for the fall): 179.9
UGW: 150 (ish)
I have "saddle bags" or "thunder thighs" and a big butt. My stomach is flat, but jiggly. My arms are also jiggly.
Here's my problem: I start eating well (no soft drinks, just water and tea, and healthier food) and get down to...185 or so. So I get excited and go back to eating whatever I want. How can I stop this? Any tips?

I just got home from seeing Man of Steel. I’m not sure what to think. I went in to the movie expecting a Superman movie. It is not a Superman movie. It really feels like they took the names of characters from the comic and put them in a completely different movie. So maybe if I went in not knowing...
I think that was the point. I agree with you, but I see where the director is coming from. The movie was meant to bring in those new fans. As we all know, comics and nerd culture have just recently become more mainstream. With that however, comes less-comic versions of comics. It sucks that the old fans have to sit through the "gen ed" stuff before the real stories can unfold. But I hope you can take a look back at the movie with a new eye and appreciate the awesomeness. I loved it. But how can you not with Henry on full display? LOL.
I'm not trying to be annoying or anything I just want everyone to love this movie!! :))))

Breakfast: Chocolate Sprinkle "Donut" from Dunkin Donuts: 290; Medium Coffee w/ Skim milk and extra sugar (did not finish half); 210ish: <500
Lunch: 1 cup water; 2tbs peanut butter on one piece of bread: 300; (and a bite of fresh mozzarella: maybe 20): 320
TOTAL (so far): 820 and one cup of water. That's pretty good :) I only have like...380 left. I need to workout since 1,200 is considered dangerous. /sigh. I also need more water .

How tall are you, what do you currently weigh, and what do you hope to weigh after the 60 days? (Be realistic).
I’m 5’5” and I currently weigh 192.4. I’m really hoping to weigh 170 by the time this challenge is over! :)
Weekly Challenge: Pick one unhealthy food or habit you have (eg. Artificial sweetener, chocolate, eating after 8pm, skipping breakfast) and aim to go 7 days without eating/doing it.
I think this week I’m going to focus on portion sizes and counting up my daily calories..As well as not eating after 8pm :)

I’m so proud of myself. I thought I’d been eating terribly, but I’ve somehow lost 3 pounds since my last weigh-in a few weeks ago.

Talking right now to a friend who was there yesterday, thankfully uninjured but his friend had to have 20 stitches to his head. He’s in Taksim still. Ugh, spread the word.
