A DARK ZONE

i really just got lucky on my first ever job and everything after that has been. well, normal because apparently you're supposed to hate work, but compared to my first job when I was 15 this is all piss. it's either mega stress hell or unorganised uncertainty apparently. apparently you're not supposed to have a good job where you do meaningful work every day and don't get shouted at or worry that they're not gonna need you suddenly.

it sucks that the horrifying but evidence-backed take of "the billionaire class is full of pedophiles" and the less outrageous take of "the billionaire class is controlling us in such a way that they can stay on top" and the fucking obvious take of "you cannot obtain A Billion Currency ethically" ...are all takes seen as crazy conspiracy nonsense by the average person, at least in my experience with average people. like I could not have a conversation with any of my family members or coworkers about this and not be seen as insane.
