The Lehnsherr Turtleneck conspiracy

So some of you may remember I have this theory that Erik wears turtlenecks because Charles keeps giving him hickeys all the time. // http://holy-cherik.tumblr.com/post/114659032970/erik-lehnsherr-turtleneck-o-or-the-turtleneck // Now that X-men: Apocalypse is out too I couldn’t help but notice that my theory holds water!

The Lehnsherr Turtleneck Theory:

1. Erik doesn’t wear that many turtlenecks before meeting Charles

and

Then Charles comes along and suddenly –>

and

2. In DOFP the moment he finds out Charles is on the plane Erik gets a scarf… just in case…

And again the moment Charles isn’t around –>

3. In X-men: Apocalypse Erik wasn’t covering his neck in the beginning of the movie when Charles wasn’t around

But when he meets Charles in person again… here come the turtlenecks!

Fashion choice? I think not!

Conclusion…

*drum roll* …

It is now officially proven that Professor Charles Xavier loves giving Erik Lehnsherr hickeys and that’s why the aforementioned Erik Lehnsherr keeps wearing turtlenecks to hide his covered in Charels’ love bites neck!
