Helia is a defense specialist (ex. Brandon and Sky are offense specialists). He looked up to Saladin, so he tried to play offense for a long time but he gave up at some point.

Timmy has dyslexia. The text on his devices are in a specific font that makes it easier for him to read, but he has trouble reading texts from any other place.
Nex is a math genius. It's how he got into Linphea College. He is great at fighting because he uses physics to his advantage. Very similar to Timmy. But he denies it so he doesn't seem like a nerd. He's not, he is naturally that good at it, that's why he wants to seem that way.
Thoren is known for his different qualities. Young girls see him as charming because he's nicer to young people, nerds(!) see him as a musical theatre god (they js worship tenors idk why) because he has done like every musical ever, anyone who's been to the Lightrock court or is in the military is terrified of him because he has the fuckass hammer.
