Compared to the roar in his mind, however, those insidious words are mere whispers. Dragons bestowed upon him honor beyond measure. Dragons gave him reason to live. In a way, dragons birthed him.

And he is all too happy to hunt them down.

He waits on the roof of a blue-tiled temple, spear held tight. His fists are shaking, but not with fear.
