briarpaw is foxpaw's brother and a cat who always assumed he was destined for greatness. he has an innate ambition, a drive to become so many different things that his dreams and goals fluctuate from moon to moon. he wants to be a medicine cat, no, the leader, no, he wants to be a great diplomat between all the clans - no, a medicine cat, he wants to be a medicine cat. you get the gist.

in fact, briarpaw is so ambitious that when he overhears the medicine cat discussing a great prophecy involving one cat from each clan, all born in the same moment, he immediately assumes that he is the cat from ThunderClan destined to save them from great turmoil. imagine his shock and disgust when it is his brother instead! if only he'd been born a few minutes earlier...

ah, foxpaw, the final member of the core four (and the one i draw the least because i based him off of a somali cat and i cant nail down a design for him)! he is a big-shot thunderclan apprentice that tries a little too hard to be "aloof and cool."

foxpaw hates the smell of all of the herbs in the medicine cat's den and tends to avoid it whenever he can.

the clan was never told who foxpaw's father is - this is something that is socially acceptable within ThunderClan for a queen to keep to herself.

he was named foxkit for his striking orange coat, which stood out next to his brother and his mother.

foxpaw has insomnia.

he doesn't particularly understand ThunderClan's two-party system and at this point he feels he's in too deep to ask - wouldn't want to come off as unintelligent to anyone!

foxpaw is horrendous at talking about his feelings and tends to make inappropriate jokes to "cope" with it.

- dawnpaw is autistic! this is part of the reason she doesn't show a wide range of expressions. she tends to be very blunt and straightforward.

- dawnpaw's voice is very monotonous - her voiceclaim is y'shtola from ffxiv (specifically a realm reborn)!

- by virtue of being from shadowclan, dawnpaw is very adept in nonverbal communication and body language. even when they speak, they're subconsciously also using shadowclan sign language to communicate what they're saying.

- their favorite scent is lavender, but they'd tell you it's petrichor.

- if she were a person her fashion style would probably be some kind of modest dark academia / gothy but she wouldn't be like, a full modern goth e-girl
