RAGE MORE

Anyone who says taxes aren’t any worse now are either lying or stupid. After my promotion and multiple raises I’m making less now than I was when I first got hired because of taxes. I used to make $1400/$1500 a regular check not counting commissions and bonuses. Now I’m lucky if I’m making $1300 including my bonuses and commissions. This is bullshit. Fuck capitalism and anyone who defends it. May the entire system and its supporters burn to the ground.

I started Pokémon Sword yesterday and I’m loving it. It’s so different from the games I grew up with and it’s so many generations later that it actually feels like playing a Pokémon game for the first time again. I don’t care for the generations after the third but I’m still enjoying it a lot as its own thing rather than comparing it to the old games.

Ooooh my boss got me a new wireless keyboard and mouse set and I love it. It feels really good. Like the way the mouse clicks and the way the scroll wheel feels it’s amazing. My old ones were getting wonkier and wonkier so it was time. I think I’ve used the same keyboard and mouse almost the whole time I’ve been at this office.

Ugh. I am concerned. One of my fave things is watching true crime stuff. There’s a YouTube channel called Unseen and they have great true crime content and I watch at least one pretty much every day while I’m working. But I think it’s starting to affect my brain… babe went out last night to do some work and the second he walked out the door my brain tried to convince me someone was going to either kill him or break into our place and kill me and the dogs so I laid in bed on the verge of a panic attack for a while before finally falling asleep. Normally I don’t worry because we are armed and babe is literally a giant man and the dogs make me feel pretty safe when I’m alone… but idk something just wouldn’t let me relax last night. It sucked. I don’t want to stop watching true crime but what if that’s why my brain is freaking out like that? Just hearing so many horrific stories…
