Organize your life. Remove what doesn’t make you better. Find other ways to handle things that take too much time and free up space for the habits and opportunities that actually move you forward. We can get really busy doing things that don’t add value to our lives and while I completely understand disconnecting and doing things we want to do for the sake of feeling in control of our lives. They do not actually make us better and will negatively impact our self esteem in the long run. It just turns into a big negative loop and I am sure you don’t want that for yourself

[ text ID: I am sitting at my kitchen table waiting for my lover to arrive with lettuce and tomatoes and rum and sherry wine and a big floury loaf of bread in the fading sunlight. Coffee is percolating gently, and my mood is mellow. I have been very happy lately, just wallowing in it selfishly, knowing it will not last very long, which is all the more reason to enjoy it now. I suppose life always ends badly for almost everybody. We must have long fingers and catch at whatever we can while it is passing near us. ]
