"Diverse Star Trek TNG-era Crew"
In anticipation of the upcoming official Star Trek LEGO set, I put together a diverse Star Trek TNG-era crew. The crew will be used in a MOC in the near future. One of the things I loved about Star Trek The Next Generation as a kid was that it was (for the most part) a post-racism, post-capitalism utopia. Crew members were on an equal footing regardless of skin color or economic background.
The alien heads used here are sourced from a number of other LEGO themes, primarily Star Wars, but also some more obscure ones. With the release of the official set there will be a Klingon head and Bajoran head, but those haven't been released yet and these were my take on a diverse not-only-human Federation :)
Some of the upcoming Series 5 - 1920s Prohibition figures from Rocky Mountain Minifigs. Coming soon!
Still waiting on a handful of BrickLink orders to arrive, but some progress on my TNG-era crew. Will be 18 figs when done
"Setting Out From Bluestone Castle"
A raven knight build I've had in mind for a while, with brick-built bright light orange and black banners against a sand blue castle. Finally had a chance to use some of the old brown and dark brown 3741 grass pieces I've been collecting. The castle is non-rectangular due to brick-bending, which unfortunately led to some of the plates popping off!
Quick mini enterprise render to celebrate the official news of the upcoming set. Would be fun to try to light the trans-light blue and trans-red parts on something that small. Will have to give it a try!

"1920s Prohibition Figbarf"
This is a series of 10 figures created for an upcoming Series 5 - 1920s Prohibition release for Rocky Mountain Minifigs. The series is comprised of figures representing all walks of life from the 1920s, including the aristocracy, criminal underground, suffragette movement, speakeasy lifestyle, and ordinary townsfolk. All of the figures feature hair, many of them cut down from full hair pieces to fit under hat elements.
