a lot of the ranked discourse would be so much more nuanced if people understood that the ranked team is tied together with two pieces of string and a paperclip and theyve been so busy as of late that they couldnt even justify checking the seeds (something theyve done for 9 seasons) and now that theyre trying to actually enter the esports scene theyre gonna realise pretty quickly if they havent already that they need to step up their game if they want to maintain competitive integrity

i know most ppl dont have the mcsr bug in them like i do so im probably biased but it genuinely feels like its getting exponentially bigger and better as a community and it just makes tournaments so exciting to watch like there hasn’t been a single match that ive not been on the edge of my seat for even when silverr lost i wasnt even sad because its just. idk like watching top runners is just so magnetic especially with the game still evolving and there is still so much variance and new tech and everyone wants to see everyone else improve idk im rambling now i just like this game so much. i wish it was real
