There arenât many people who love Mondays, and that is why we decided to share a list of couple of things we try to do every Sunday to prepare for new week and enter it in our best shape. Hope you find something here useful ^^Â
                                        ~gomedorgohome
 1. Write down everything you need to do and everything you need to remember about this week.Â
Planning is the obvious key to being organised, so we donât need to explain why you need to do it. What you, however, need to remember about is to write down everything- literally everything, from birthdays and tests, to watering plants and taking out the trash. That way, itâll be easier for you to create specific to-do-lists for each day of the week and not forget about the, seemingly, little, but not less important, things.
 2. Check the weather forecast and check if you have appropriate clothes in your wardrobeÂ
Although this might sound a little uptight for some, we prefer to believe itâs actually easier to do your laundry on Sunday when you have some free time (and even deal with ironing and folding) and have clothes ready, than to run around like a drunk gremlin on a Wednesday morning, looking for clean clothes, because itâs suprisingly cold and you donât have any clean sweaters.Â
 3. Pack your bag just before going to bedÂ
Chances are, at that point, you wonât take anything out of it, and you will have your bag ready in the morning, therefore avoiding the drunk gremlin situation mentioned beforeÂ
 4. Clean your room
If you are only to clean your room once a week, do it on Sunday. Open windows, clean your desk, vacuum and throw out the trash. That way youâll begin new week in a fresh and clean environment and there is nothing thatâll make you feel more productive.
 5. Try to finish your work
Obviously. But remember that all-nighters should always be a last resort and that not so many things actually deserve them.
 6. Call your friends and family
No matter how busy are, you should have sometime in your week designated only for contacting your friends and family, updating them on you life and hearing about theirs. Itâs better to talk with someone once a week, than not talk to them at all (obviously), even if at that point you may only be able to have a 30 minutes conversation over the phone. And Sundays are great for that, mostly because most people are more able (and willing) to talk on weekends than in the middle of a busy week.
 7. Do something for yourself (donât overdo it though)Â
Pamper yourself a little. Watch an episode of your favourite show, or have a very nice dinner. You worked hard this weekend and you deserve it. But be real with what you can, and what you canât do- if youâre really busy, going to a cinema and a dinner later may not be the greatest of ideas, and maybe this week, getting a coffee in a nice cafe will have to do.Â
 8. Workout
Workouts are important and super great and you should do them not only on a Sunday. But what makes Sunday workouts really great, is that usually you have time for a longer and nicer one and they give you a motivation boosts which last till MondayÂ
 9. Plan your meals for the weekÂ
You donât need to get them ready right away, but you should have a general idea what youâll be eating this week. So you can plan you shopping and cooking and cleaning (and yes, we know, we get boring with this constant planning thing, but it really is crucial)Â
 10. Avoid all screensÂ
30 minutes before bedtime Itâs a general rule and you should do it every day, not only on Sunday. Itâll be easier for you to fall asleep if you give your brain (and eyes) some time to relaxÂ
 11. Go to bed slightly earlier and wake up slightly earlier
Try to go to bed 30 minutes earlier and to wake up 30 minutes earlier. It (for reasons unknown to us ^^) makes wonders for your productivity and motivation
 12. Take a nice, long bathÂ
You should never underestimate good baths abilities to wash away the whole week, and there is nothing nicer than going to bed on a Sunday with super smooth and moisturised skin, and waking up on Monday already clean and smelling nice ^^
 13. Do something thatâll help you improve yourselfÂ
Do one lesson on Duolingo. Write another page of your book. Stretch. Improve everyday, specially on Sunday
 14. If you have time, prepare yourself food for MondayÂ
Mondays arenât great, but having food makes them slightly better
 15. Try to relax
There is a reason why we created weekend. You canât (and shouldnât try to) cram the whole weekend- try to relax and enter new week with rested mind

OneNote is literally godâs gift to this earth. [ header art ]
I downloaded OneNote onto my mac air through my schoolâs office365 [which is a microsoft email login thing but is easily accessible on any kind of device and you can just delete the email acc later if you want]. OneNote can be accessed on a laptop, computer or ipad/tablet. i believe OneNote is available on the appstore as well?
I use OneNote as a digital bullet journal / planner and to write down all my study notes. i also have actual books for my study notes but i tend to prefer OneNote.
OneNote is super easy to use! think of it like an actual book:
1. DESIGNING THE COVER
When you open OneNote for the first time it will ask you to create a Notebook. You can name it whatever you wish and even choose the colour of it! You can have as many Notebooks as you like, so go wild !!
2. CHAPTERS
In your Notebook, you can have âchaptersâ, called sections or tabs. Depending on whether you use OneNote as a bujo or for study notes, these tabs can look like this:
3. PAGES
Time to fill your chapters! These pages will contain all of your content. Whether thatâs a weekly spread in your bujo or a page on DNA molecules in your humanbio Notebook. You can have as many as you want! Pages on OneNote tend to look like this:
Once you click on which page you want, itâll open !
4. SPREADS [for planners]
Spreads are completely personalised and customised depending on you! Anything you do in your physical bujo you can do on OneNote. Habit checker? Tables? Homework diary? Inspirational quotes? Cute doodles? Day-to-Day planner?Â
This is just an example of mine, you can do WHATEVER YOU WANT with yours !!
5. STUDY NOTES
My study notes are basically just what my teacher says during class or puts on the board, which is why theyâre almost always in bullet point form like this:
But obviously, you can edit your notes to be however youâd like them !!
6. OTHER INFO
One feature i really like about one note is the fact you can make the paper look like whatever you want. such as blank paper, margined + lined paper, graph paper etc. this is really helpful when writing notes and especially drawing diagrams !!
also, across the top is literally everything youâll ever need.
IN CONCLUSION:
Please download OneNote !! itâs so user-friendly and customisable. I was honestly shocked that more people werenât using OneNote in the studyblr community. Itâs such a lifesaver near test + exam time because all of your notes are in one place !!
also, OneNote autosaves and doesnt close if you close your laptop [as long as youâre not logged out or the computer is shut down] so youâll never lose your work !!
HERE is another post about me yelling about OneNote lmao
If you have any questions or problems, feel free to ask !! ((-:

It shames me to admit that I have been ignorant with the facts presented in the movie. Iâm unsure whether this widespread ignorance is caused by our ineffective education system, or as shown by the film, our lack of patriotism for our own country which does not push us to search for the truth. The film was really an eye-opener for me, and probably for all of the people who watched it. I believe that the purpose of acknowledging the past is for it to not repeat itself, that change must indeed happen.
This film which showcased the past is surely relevant to the current state of our country. It is as if blood has not been shed just to attain the freedom that we take so lightly today, that is slowly being taken away from us, which seem to only be half-heartedly protected by most.
âIf only we impose discipline to ourselves, we do not need a leader that impose violence to be feared by our citizens.â (Mark Llego)
An object neednât be large to hold great mass. That girl, as tiny as a violet. That girl, drifting in the sky like the petals of a flower draws me to her with a force greater than the one exerted by the earth. In a single moment, I fell and rolled toward her without a rhyme or reason, just as Newtonâs apple did. With a thump. With a thump-thump. My heart bounced from the heavens to the earth in a dizzying pendular motion. Such was the moment Iâd first fallen in love.

Things to start doing in 2017:
⢠say no without explanation ⢠stop apologizing for my feelings ⢠donât expect everyone to be there for you all the time ⢠donât do things I donât wanna do ⢠get out of my comfort zone ⢠stop believing the lies I tell myself ⢠take care of my skin

A-SHAPE TIPS
I simply posted this to give a gist of the exam to the people who are planning to study in ADMU. This is for the people who (like me) are terrified of A-SHAPE just like they would be if they were to take ACET.Â
1. English Proficiency
Wag ka munang dumugo, kakasimula palang. Puro grammar lang âto, kalma ka muna. The only challenge here is finding the right answer from the confusing set of choices given.Â
2. Math Proficiency
I think the math is bearable, compared to the next sections... I think this part uses more of stock knowledge. Pero syempre depende na yun sayo. There are of course difficult problems; I suggest you skip them due to the (very) limited time allotted. Try to focus on the questions you deem easy.Â
3. Reading Comprehension
I PROBABLY DID NOT READ MORE THAN ONE PARAGRAPH FOR EACH PAGE. Thatâs written in all-caps because of the regrets. Okay, maybe I donât really regret it. I think everyone mentally-sighed once we saw the test booklet for this section. SUPER HABA. TAKE NOTE. YOU DONâT HAVE A LIFETIME TO READ EACH PARAGRAPH. Okay, so what I suggest is... wag mawalan ng pag-asa please. One look was all it took for me to almost give up. Youâd think that scanning the questions first might be a waste, and will just take up your time, BUT NO, IT WONâT.Â
- Analyze the questions, can a majority of the questions be answered by common sense? Just focus on what the questions are mostly targeted at. Minsan naman kasi, binasa mo na nga lahat, di mo parin makuha yung tanong. Thereâll come this temptation to just guess, and go shotgun, but donât.Â
4. Logical and Abstract Reasoning
... holy sh**
Joke lang po. Pero yan din ho mararamdaman niyo. Esp. sa Abstract Reasoning. Maybe itâs just me, but the time pressure messed me up real bad, the easy questions seemed difficult. Please take a deep breath esp. on these sections. It requires a calm and rational state of mind. Char. BUT SERIOUSLY.
For Logical Reasoning, given is this constant set of choices. Each number consists of a given and a conclusion. Donât fret for too long on each number.
For Abstract Reasoning, you know the drill. Just focus on what really matters. Some parts are present just to confuse you.Â
5. Analogy
You just need common knowledge. Basic terms are used. Eto po yung if cat : kitten, cow : ____ HAHA. But of course, not all items are this basic.
6. NUMERICAL ABILITY
dot dot dot
WHEN YOU THINK THAT THE MATH SECTIONâS OVER. ITâS NOT.
Some will say this part is easy. But hell not. This sectionâs more on analyzing problems, and applying what youâve learned. Some will say that the questions are simply some basic word problems. It all depends on you. I suggest you practice your word problems skills. Kung mag-aaral ka na rin, eto na aralin mo. As a fourth year student, we didnât tackle much word problems; we were more of equations and figures. AND SO, this section was the hardest for me.Â
