I mean, he always goes on and on about how he doesn’t like violence, so I doubt he’d swing. That’d be a bit hypocritical, wouldn’t it? And everyone knows hypocrites are lame, so. Looks can be deceiving, man. That guy’s as soft as they get on the inside.Â
So, he's passive? Alright. That's good, then, right? No harm to you!

Spencer As they made their way towards her dorm, Spencer couldn't help but think about so many different things. Their conversation went from sarcasm and sassism to being sexy and flirty, which would normally intimidate her. She was Spencer Davies. How could she be sexy at all? The thought baffled her, in all honesty. A sexy bookworm. Ha! That's nearly impossible. "Y'know, you should really work on your imitation of me," Spencer said suddenly, in an attempt to draw her away from her thoughts, "I'm really not that pitchy. I wouldn't be able to tolerate myself talking if I was!"
Ethan walked alongside Spencer towards her room, glancing over at her ever so often and analyzing the profile of her face. She was so much more than beautiful in his eyes. When his vision wandered down her body, he couldn't help but to imagine her in just those nerd glasses and suspenders. And maybe some knee socks, too, he thought, then shook the fantasy out of his head when he heard her voice. "You have no room to talk," he said and scoffed. "You made me sound like an old, grumpy grandpa. Do I really sound like an old, grumpy grandpa, Spencer?"
Spencer Her eyes bounced from Ethan to the path that led to the girl's dorms. Her heart raced against her chest as they inched closer to the dorms, making her feel suddenly self-conscious and a tad bit nervous. She knew nothing was going to happen, but she couldn't help but wonder. "Did I? I didn't notice." She said, smiling. "Well, at least I made you sound like a man instead of a feminine, girly person, right? That would've been more offensive." The cold air nipped at her face, making her teeth chatter, and her walking pace increase slightly. "Ah, almost there!" She exclaimed, as she moved closer towards the door.
Ethan smiled to the ground, watching their feet shift effortlessly along the snowy path, which then made him think about the movement of humans and gave him a small shiver in his upper back. "Because I am a man, obviously," he said playfully behind a smirk. His arm wrapped around Spencer's waist and pulled her close for warmth. "It's fr-freezing," he stuttered once they reached the door, holding it open for her and then following behind. He breathed on his hands and then rubbed them together. "Good thing the staff's already asleep," he muttered. "They definitely would not be allowing this right now."
Spencer glanced at him, raising a brow. "Uh, well, I was hoping you were, or else that would've made things really awkward." She joked, leaning into his touch. The amount of layers she wore couldn't make her feel warm, but being close to someone made her feel better almost instantly. "This weather's absolutely crazy," She said, shaking hear head. "Oh, thank you!" Upon entering the building, she breathed a sigh of relief, glad to be somewhere that wasn't below 20 degrees. "Yeah, and we should head on inside before someone wakes up and catches us. Come on, E!" She tugged onto his hands, eagerly leading him towards her door. Spencer pulled out her keys from purse and placed it into the keyhole, turning it quickly and pushing it open for the both of them.
Ethan muttered a welcoming after entering the girls' building. The dorm buildings themselves were structurally built almost exactly the same, but the differences inside of them were tremendous; the girls' bulletin board had flowers and butterfly wings pinned to it while the boys' had flyers for sport events, and the girls' building smelled like a hair salon while the boys' smelled like weed mixed with a gym locker room. "Which way is your--" Ethan was cut short after being pulled along down the hallway. "Okay, okay!" He chuckled. After a moment of waiting for her to unlock the door, he stepped inside her room, breathing in the fresh scent of-- "Lavender?"
Spencer Unfortunately, Spencer's dorm was the last one on the floor, far away from the entrance. Normally, she wouldn't mind the walk, but tonight, she didn't want to risk getting in trouble by getting caught with a boy after curfew hours. That wouldn't look too well on her record. Once they entered the room, Spencer silently thanked her roommate for cleaning up the mess of clothing that would normally be out on display in the middle of the dorm. For two girls, they were awfully messy, which was kind of embarrassing, now that Spencer thought about it. "Lavender?" She stared at him, puzzled. "Oh, you mean the air freshener! Yeah, look. Eileen got us this really cool thing that sprays fresh air every hour or so. Doesn't it smell great?" Spencer said, pointing out the plug-in.
Ethan let his eyes scan his surroundings. It seemed like the typical teenage girl bedroom, and he could tell which side of the room was Spencer's by the large bookshelf pressed to the right wall. He made his way towards her bed, sitting down on the soft comforter and sighing, running a hand through his hair. His face contorted at her roommates name, as he'd never heard of the girl before, but he assumed it was an underclassmen or something. "It smells delicious," he said with a grin, scooting back in her bed. "So, let's pop in this DVD and get the movie rolling, shall we?" He lifted a brow, almost in a challenging way.
Spencer watched Ethan comfortably place himself on her bed, surprised at how easily he made it all seem. There was nothing to be intimidated about, but Spencer always had that irritating habit of over thinking the simplest things. She knew they were going to spend a quiet night indoors, watching different movies and enjoying one another's company, but that one thought couldn't help but rest at the back of her mind. "Oh, right! The DVDS!" She said, snapping out of her brief trance. Spencer rushed over to the small shelf of DVDs at the corner of the room, lowering herself to ground level in order to grab the Harry Potter collection. She placed the first film into the DVD player and headed over to her bed, easing herself next to him. "You better not fall asleep, okay?" She teased, giggling lightly.
Ethan watched her as she zoned out, a smile quirking its way onto his lips. She had looked so serious and intent as she stared off into nothingness, but still so pleasant and beautiful. He wondered what she thought about. "You seriously almost forgot about the DVDs? That's the whole reason we came here, isn't it?" He questioned in a playful tone and shook his head. As she rushed around her room and set the first disc in place, Ethan checked his phone. One new text message from Mom: Love u baby. Goodnite xo. He responded back quickly as Spencer settled in beside him, which made him remember his text to Iris. "Oh! But I have to text Iris first and ask her if she thinks you're sassy." He bit back a smile as he shot Iris the winning question, then tucked his phone away in his pocket. "And no promises on that one, babe," he said as he kissed her temple, his arm sliding around her shoulder and pulling her into his chest.
Spencer turned around, narrowing his eyes at him as if she was glaring at him, but her expression lightened up as a bright smile appeared on her lips. "I thought the whole reason we came here was because you obviously missed me and you couldn't go another minute without my presence." It surprised her how easily these remarks would slip off her tongue while speaking to him. She'd normally keep to herself, smile politely, and murmur a quiet apology. Maybe being so close to Ethan and Iris had done her a lot of good, considering the fact that she became much more outgoing than before. As she lay beside him, she couldn't help but feel at ease. It felt right to her. "I thought you'd forget about that." She muttered. Deep down, Spencer knew her comments would sound a bit sassy, but she'd never admit to it, especially to Ethan, who wouldn't stop bragging about it if he heard. "I'll make sure to keep you awake. Sorry from now if you feel a harsh nudge or something." She rested her head against his chest. Her eyes were glued to the screen the minute Dumbledore appeared.
Ethan couldn't help but raise his eyebrows as she retorted. He was surprised by some of the things that came out of Spencer's mouth nowadays, and the look on her face told him that she was surprised, too. "I guess that's also true," he responded quietly, his lips curled upward. His tone changed into something more sarcastic as he continued. "The movie's just an excuse to get you alone in a bed." He squeezed her closer into him, his fingertips brushing along her upper arm. "Nah. I don't forget about important things that easily, Spenc." Ethan knew that Iris was going to agree with him, and when she did, he wasn't going to live it down. The movie had begun and as much as he wanted to pay attention, the only thing on his mind was the girl beside him, and how badly he wanted to kiss her, and touch her, and show her how beautiful she was to him. "I'm already getting kind of tired," he mumbled, scooting himself lower in the bed and faking a yawn. "How about we watch the movie another time, during the day? For now," he said, his voice becoming almost a whisper, and traced circles along her arm, "can we just lay here?"
Spencer Minor comments like that always managed to make her brain go into overdrive, making her wonder if he was truly being sarcastic or if there was some sort of serious undertone to it. Earlier, he had made a comment about it once again, but what if he was joking? Spencer tried to push the thoughts away from her mind, but she knew she couldn't avoid it for long. Goosebumps prickled her skin at his slight touch. Immediately, she buried her head against his chest, hiding the obvious blush that managed to make an appearance, as per usual. "Oh, of course not." Her voice muffled against his chest. Maybe if she had texted Iris earlier, warning her about the question Ethan was about to ask, maybe her best friend would side with her. It was highly unlikely because Iris wouldn't lie about this, but a girl could only hope. Spencer peaked up at him, eyebrows raised. She was about to comment and force him to stay awake, but his idea was much more appealing. "Um, yeah. If you want, of course. I mean, it'd, uh, be nice." She said, fumbling over her words as her brown eyes met his green ones.
Ethan would be lying if he said he didn't want to have sex with Spencer. He was teenage boy, and teenage boys think about sex. Frequently. Very frequently, especially Ethan, the damn horndog. But his indomitable feelings for her masked most of his lust, knowing that Spencer wasn't a teenage boy, or in better words, didn't think about sex so frequently. Or maybe she did and he just wasn't aware of it. Ethan stayed quiet for a moment, breathing in her sweet scent and simply holding her in his arms. He lowered his chin and caught her eyes, his stomach swirling like it always did when she looked at him a certain way. That certain way. His free hand placed itself on her cheek, his eyes dancing along her face and absorbing her features. "God, you're so beautiful," he whispered, barely audible, before stretching his neck forward and latching his lips onto hers into a tender kiss.
Spencer felt her nerves bunch together as she realized how close they were; his arm resting around her, her head against his chest. She had been in this position before, resting alongside Ethan. From the road trip they had taken together junior year, to the night he had asked her to Prom, she had been this close to him before, but their situation was completely different than now. As she gazed at him, their past rolling through her mind, she couldn't help but smile. From the beginning, Spencer must've always been comfortable around him. That was no secret. Before she could comment, she found herself kissing him, her hands sliding upward, and wrapping themselves around his neck.
Ethan honestly didn't expect the night to turn out like the way it was: the two of them in her bed making out, although, he wasn't complaining. For once during a kiss, he didn't find himself in a mess of hormones, but instead he found himself in a mush of emotions. And he still wasn't complaining. His heart pounded against his chest, pulling her body closer before breaking off the kiss, his energy too low to endure it. Instead, his head lowered and moved passed her cheek, his lips finding her neck. He covered the area in lazy, but prominent, kisses, the hand on her cheek maneuvering its way down the side of her body.
Spencer Her mind was a jumbled mess, but she didn't care. His lips against hers made her temporarily forget about the nervousness that was settled in the pit of her stomach. Her eyes fluttered shut once she felt his lips move downward, towards her neck. She was almost certain Ethan could hear her heart thumping against her chest. The affect he had on her was something else, and sometimes, she wondered if he ever actually knew how much of an impact he had on her.
Ethan was too tired to continue the idle kisses, and rested his head back into the pillow. He let out a sigh, his fingers brushing through her hair absentmindedly. His eyes moved along the ceiling before he found himself smiling. He was happy with her. Just laying there, her head on his beating chest, in total silence. It made him happy. "I love you." The whispered words caught him totally off-gaurd, and something inside of him hoped that maybe she didn't hear him. It wasn't like he's never told her that he loved her before, because he had, but that was before. Things were different. Feelings were different. And this was definitely different.
Spencer glanced at Ethan, a surprised look on her face, wondering why he had stopped so abruptly. Instead of questioning it or trying to do something herself, she nestled closer to him, resting her arm across his stomach. Her fingers traced circular patterns around his shirt, a lazy smile rested on her lips as she thought about the boy resting beside her. Almost suddenly, her fingers froze. Had she heard him correctly? Hesitantly, she turned her head to get a better glimpse at him. "Did you mean that?" She whispered. Maybe she should've brushed it off and acted as if she didn't hear anything, but she couldn't do that. She couldn't ignore a statement like that because deep down, Spencer wanted to admit to those three words as well.
Ethan She didn't say it back. She did not say it back. Ethan knew immediately that he shouldn't have let the words leave his mouth so effortlessly, and he mentally cursed at himself. "I…" But he trailed off at a loss for words. His cheeks were the color of blood and his heart was basically racing out of his chest. "Mean what? It was nothing. Nothing. I-- Yeah. Don't worry about it," he said out of impulse as the wait for his response was eating him alive. "Can we, uh, go to sleep?"
Spencer frowned, obviously confused. From what she gathered, 'I love you' must be an incredibly loaded thing to say to someone, and if Ethan didn't mean it, why would he say it? Did it really mean nothing? Her eyes scanned his, struggling to think of a proper reason behind his stuttering response. "But, Ethan…" she trailed off awkwardly. Spencer reached forward, holding his hand in hers, their fingers intertwining. She glanced at their hands before looking back at him, the corner of her eyes softening. "I love you, too." She whispered, smiling shyly, butterflies fluttering at the pit of her stomach.
Ethan drew in a breath at her words, probably too large of a breath because some saliva caught in his throat and he ended up having a coughing fit. He laughed through the coughs, covering his mouth with his arm, obviously ruining a perfect moment. Once the coughing settled, his eyes met hers, and he smiled wider than he expected. "Sorry about that," he said, his hand resting on her cheek as he looked down to the girl in his arms. "What I meant was…" His sentence finished with his lips pressing to hers, his stomach swirling with happiness.
Spencer His coughing fit slightly worried her, but she realized everything was okay once she heard his laughter. A sense of relief washed over her at the sight of his smile. She always found comfort in that familiar smile of his. "It's okay." She mumbled, the corner of her lips tugging upwards. Her eyes fluttered shut once their lips met. Unlike before, her heart beating fast against her chest didn't indicate nervousness anymore. It excited her. Their closeness, their feelings. It should make her nervous, but she wasn't. It was pure excitement mixed with happiness.
Ethan felt at ease, virtually perfect, despite the one question that's been hanging over his head for far too long. That would have to wait for another day: Valentine's Day. He smiled into the kiss, his hand sliding to the back of her neck and pulling her lips harder against his. His body pressed into hers, the pumping of her heart against his chest helping him not to get lost in all of his hormones. "I love you, I love you, I love you," he murmured into the kiss with a smirk, his hand then gliding down the side of her body and feeling out her curves.
Spencer This wasn't the first time they had kissed, that was certain. They had kissed multiple times before. In Ethan's bedroom, before Prom. However, this /was/ the first time they had actually admitted their love for one another. Hearing him repeatedly say that to her made her cheeks flush a bright red color, a light giggle escaping her. A shiver shot up her spine at his touch. She briefly pulled away, and carefully, threw her leg around his waist, almost as if she was straddling him. She leaned forward, her brown hair falling loosely around her. "I love you, E." She whispered before kissing him once again.
Ethan looked to her when she pulled away, biting onto his bottom lip to contain his smirk. When she moved her leg around him, though, his eyes brightened and he perked himself more upright. He somehow hoped that it wasn't some sort of sick tease, but when she whispered those words and his heartbeat faltered, he knew it wasn't. His hands gripped onto the sides of her waist when she kissed him again, his tongue sweeping along her lower lip. He felt like the situation was almost too good to be true.
Spencer normally wouldn't be in such a compromising position. Most of the time, she'd be too awkward and too nervous to do anything. She'd constantly worry and doubt herself, questioning herself relentlessly at the back of her mind. But recently, especially around him, she found herself becoming much more daring, much more willing to do something different. His upright position made it easier for her arms to wrap around his neck, pulling him closer towards her. She deepened the kiss, tilting her head slightly to the side. It seemed as if the room kept getting warmer and warmer.
Ethan thought he would be more surprised by the bold move from Spencer, but he realized that he's grown more accustomed to the actions as their relationship furthered, which made him even more happy. Being completely comfortable with a person is the best thing that he can ask for, and him and Spencer were definitely getting there. He kissed her back equally as deep, his palms pushing up her back and pulling her closer. His hips instinctively pushed upward, the erection in his pants nearly fully stiff, and his hormones definitely getting the best of him.
Spencer tried not to think about her actions too much. If she did, she'd end up over thinking and ruining the entire night, but if she didn't, she might do something wrong, and the night going sour would still be a possibility. So many thoughts swirled around in her mind, so many doubts crept into her head. Her chest was pressed against his, her hands messily tangled in his hair. A low gasp escaped her as he felt the erection pressed against her. It didn't surprise her, no, but it made her question what she should do next. This was the first time she'd ever come close to experience anything merely sexual, and it automatically made her feel inexperienced and timid compared to Ethan, who must've been much more ahead of her.
Ethan As they continued the kiss, Ethan knew that something was off. She didn't seem as desiring as before, nor did she even seem like she was paying attention to what she was doing. He could tell because her kisses began to get lazy, so he broke his lips away from hers, half to catch his breath and half to see what was up. Badly he wanted to ask what she was thinking about, because he knew that she was thinking. She was always thinking, but he didn't like being nosy. "I don't want to do anything that you're uncomfortable with," he panted instead, his forehead resting against hers as his fingertips roamed underneath her shirt and drew soft patterns on her sides and back.
Spencer Her cheeks were flushed, and her hair fell messily around her face, partially covering her eyes. She tried to collect herself and her thoughts in order to give him a logical explanation. If she didn't over think too much, they wouldn't be in this position. Spencer mentally cursed herself, partially annoyed with herself. In all honesty, she wanted to continue kissing him, but what came after that? Did they continue? Should they stop? "It's not that," she mumbled, as she felt goosebumps prickle her skin at the gentle touch, "It's just…I don't know. I'm kind of new at this. And a little bit nervous, y'know?" There was nothing to be nervous about, she thought to herself. She was with Ethan. Everything was okay, but that didn't stop her heart beating so fast against her chest.
Ethan moved his hands up her body, tucking her hair away from her eyes and cupping her face. He admired her as she talked, as each word just rolled off of her tongue with such purity, and tried to make sense of what she was speaking. "Babe," he said, the nickname still so new and fresh coming out of his mouth. "You don't have to be nervous about anything. I'm not trying to make you uncomfortable here, okay? It doesn't matter how 'experienced' I am," he used air quotes. "If you feel tense, then let me know, and we don't have to go any further." Leaning forward, he placed a gentle and reassuring kiss to the corner of her mouth. "I love you."
Spencer gazed into his earnest eyes and listened to him speak so reassuringly. The tone of his voice made her relax, reminding her once again that everything was okay, and there was nothing to worry about. Deep down, she still felt a bit intimidated because she was well aware of everything he's done. The furthest she had gone was kissing, and everyone's kissed someone at some point. That wasn't a big deal. She sighed deeply and nodded understandingly. "I love you, too." She whispered, surprised that those three words left her mouth so easily.
Ethan watched her closely as she took in his words. She was obviously thinking to herself, and the way her eyes dazed off made him smile. Once she responded, his expression softened, realizing then just how genuinely happy he was to be with her. He could barely wait until Valentine's Day now. With her face still in between his hands, he latched his lips onto hers, his heartbeat finally back to its normal pace.
Spencer All the thoughts from earlier were pushed away from her mind. The slight nervousness disappeared and the excitement from before slowly rushed back, making her smile into the kiss. There was nothing to worry about, especially after their brief talk. There were no worries at the back of her head. Slowly growing more confident, she put her arms around his neck, sliding her hands underneath his shirt, lightly brushing her fingertips across his skin.
Ethan could tell immediately that she felt more at ease, and the effect that he had on her made him smile. He couldn't help but think about just last year, when he used to send her silly little admirer messages, and here they were now. It amazed him. Her touch sent a small shiver down his spine, his own hands moving back down around her waist. His arms looped around her as he took the risk to deepen the kiss, his tongue making an appearance, hoping that she could trust him to some extent.
Spencer could almost say she felt safe around Ethan. Normally, Spencer had some sort of guard up, forbidding her from bonding with people at school. But around Ethan, she could easily put down those walls, especially after all the time they had spent together. Her fingertips slowly drew circular patterns on his back. His arms wrapped around her made her feel protected, as if nothing could touch her, especially with him around. This wasn't something she had done before, either, so all she did was open her mouth a bit more, hoping he'd understand that it was okay.
Ethan felt goosebumps rise on his skin at her touch, smirking faintly into the kiss as he remembered how Spencer used to tease him. He knew that in the end he would win; he would always be the winner. As his tongue toyed around with hers, he moved his hands underneath the hem of her shirt, his fingers brushing up her bare back soothingly. Her skin was just as soft and delicate as he imagined. A sigh escaped him into the kiss.
Spencer wanted to do something more daring to prove that she'd have the upper hand, but she couldn't. Not when she felt herself weaken underneath his touch. She could act and tease all she wanted, but once he'd say a sweet word or two, she was putty in his hands. That much was undeniable. The soft touch made her shiver. Her hands slowly slid away from his back. Instead, she lightly tugged at the material, trying to indicate that she wanted it off. She wasn't sure if she was being too forward, but she couldn't resist.
Ethan At first the gentle tug didn't mean anything to Ethan, but after a moment of processing the action, he pulled his lips away from hers, catching his breath. He didn't say anything, just looked at her and nodded. Grabbing the trim of his baseball tee, he lifted it above his head, making his hair even more disheveled than before, and dropped it to the floor beside her bed. His bare chest was rising and falling as he looked to the girl that he loved, his brows raising slightly, as if asking if it was okay to continue.
Spencer The sight of his messy hair made her smile. "You look really sexy like that." She said, giggling. Her eyes dropped downwards, a subtle blush spreading across her cheeks. She had seen him shirtless before, but that was different setting, a different time. This was much more intimate. more serious. It made her heart beat faster and her palms a bit clammy, but that didn't seem to matter right now. She gave him a slight nod, letting him know that it was alright.
Ethan pursed his lips into a bashful grin, biting down onto his bottom lip to hide it. Her words made him sore with confidence, but he tried to stay humble with the guiltless bookworm on his lap. "You think so?" He questioned and lifted a brow, but he didn't give her any time to respond, his lips catching hers into the same fiery kiss as before. His large hand held onto her back, and in one swift movement he rolled the two of them over, his body settling between her legs. He made sure not to break the kiss as he did this.
Spencer wanted to run her hands through his hair, something she liked to do often. She was about to respond to his question, but their lips met seconds later, making her forget about her response completely. A low gasp escaped her at the sudden movement, but she didn't seem to mind. She wiggled around, making herself comfortable against the mattress. Once she felt settled, her hands slid against his back, lifting herself up slightly. She wanted to pull him closer against her, but there was hardly any room left between them anyway.
Ethan pressed himself against her, one hand on her neck and the other traveling down to her waist. His lips and tongue maneuvered with hers, trying not to let the kiss turn sloppy. There was no denying the obvious desire that Ethan had towards Spencer, and the bulge in his pants was evidence. He parted his lips from hers, catching his breath, and dipped his head down to kiss the sensitive skin on her neck. He nipped a bit of it, then swiped his tongue over the area apologetically.
Spencer instinctively wrapped her legs around his waist. Goosebumps arose on her skin because of his wandering hand, making her wonder what he was going to do next. One of her hands made its way forward, sliding down his chest, and stopping teasingly low on his abdomen. It swayed back and forth, an obvious smirk stretched across her lips. She tilted her head slightly to the side, allowing him easier access to her neck. She bit down on her lower lip, suppressing a moan.
Ethan was surprised at how intimate the two were getting, not even sensing the slightest bit of tension. In fact, he was sensing a different kind of tension. His brows lowered and his chest tightened when he felt her hand at the hem of his pants. Sometimes Spencer was the winner. At the sound of her subdued moan, he instinctively ground his hips to hers, the hand by her waist tugging upward at her shirt, an indication that he wanted it discarded.
Spencer Her hands could've easily brushed against the material of his jeans, but she decided to wait, tease him a bit further. It's not like it wasn't something he wasn't used to, especially from her. Other than playing with his hair, teasing Ethan was one of the few things Spencer truly enjoyed. She could feel the hardness against her, causing her to smile to herself as she realized how much he must've truly desired her. Feeling the tugging against her shirt, she quickly pulled her hand away from his pants, using them both to peel her shirt off of her. She glanced down at herself, secretly thanking herself for wearing her favorite, black lace bra. Her wide, almond shaped eyes met his, an obvious nervousness evident in them. She was partially naked in front of the boy she loved, making her feel somewhat vulnerable.
Ethan was in awe when her shirt found the bedroom floor, realizing that maybe tonight was going to be thenight. His eyes stayed locked onto hers at first, not wanting the brown-haired beauty to feel uncomfortable by his hungry sight. But even with his peripheral vision he noticed how round and perky her chest was. A reassuring smile curled its way onto one corner of his mouth before finally letting his view wander downwards, and he felt a rise from himself that was like no other. His lips immediately latched back onto hers, the hand on her waist inching upwards towards her bra before cupping a breast, massaging the area with his large palm.
Spencer could feel her heart race fast against her chest. Never before had she felt so vulnerable, so in love, and surprisingly lustful towards a boy. The combination of those three feelings almost scared her, reminding her once again that everything might change after tonight. Once their lips met once more, Spencer pushed that possibility far away from her mind, allowing herself to enjoy the moment with the boy she knew she loved. "Ethan…" she murmured softly, feeling his cold hand against her. Her hands roamed around his bare chest, slowly making their way downwards once again.
Ethan After hearing his name, Ethan was tempted to stop himself and ask if everything was alright, but when her hands began down his torso once again, he knew that everything was alright. Everything was better than alright. The feeling in his chest was so much more than anything he'd ever felt before with other girls, letting out a shaky breath from her fragile touch. His lips met her neck once again, covering the area with wet kisses and soft nips. The hand on her breast pushed down the front of her body, her skin so delicate and warm, but moved to her waist when he reached the hem of her bottoms. Out of instinct, his hips pushed into hers once more, a quiet grunt escaping him at the hint of satisfaction.
Spencer Her eyes fluttered shut, a low moan escaping her from the hasty kisses. Her body grew warm, flushed from his wandering hand, making her slightly anxious as she wondered about what he'd do next. Her hips arched forward against his, another moan leaving her almost instantly. Her hands clumsily toyed with the waistband of his jeans, making her question herself on what do next. Everything was so unfamiliar to her. These feelings, these actions. This wasn't something she could've easily done fucking research on and even then it wouldn't be accurate! She mentally cursed herself as her hands awkwardly lay there, running back and forth against the waistband.
Ethan could tell that, despite the sexual tension between the two of them, Spencer had almost no clue as to what she was doing. Her hands awkwardly fumbled with his waistband and he couldn't help but smile against her neck, pulling his head back and resting his forehead against hers. His stomach churned just looking into her eyes. "You want some help there?" He questioned in a whisper behind a small smile, his chin pushing forward and kissing her once gently. He thought it was absolutely adorable -- the innocence behind her eyes -- yet it amazed him how he could alter her purity into something so sexy.
Spencer looked up at him, her eyes widening slightly. A deep, maroon blush fluttered across her cheeks, obviously embarrassed by his question. Her hands stopped fumbling around as she gazed up at him, her heart beating fast against her chest. "W-what? No? I've got it under control. See?" She responded weakly, her hands still moving around clumsily and hastily. This must've been the most embarrassing situation she had ever gotten herself into. "Dammit," she muttered, sighing frustratingly as her hands slide over one another, unable to get it undone.
Ethan found it difficult to hide his chuckle, the situation seeming so awkward for Spencer that it just got the best of him. "Babe," he laughed as a hand held the side of her face, kissing her forward quickly and letting his laughter die down. "It's okay. I can get it." With a smile still on his face, he reached down and pulled his belt through the loopholes, then undid the button on his dark blue jeans. He shifted and kicked his way out of his pants, his attention moving back to Spencer after he did so, his eyes wide and bright. "Better?"
Spencer wished the ground would open and swallow her whole. Never before had she been in such an embarrassing situation. She wanted to narrow her eyes at him for laughing, but she remained silent, her eyes dropping downwards, watching him play with his belt. Her heart continued to beat fast against his chest as she realized what was happening. "I-I, um, yeah. D-definitely." Hesitantly, she peaked up at him from underneath her lashes, a timid smile on her lips.
Ethan felt goosebumps prick up on his arms and legs, his body almost completely naked at that point. He could tell by the way that Spencer spoke that she was nervous, and he couldn't blame her. What girl wouldn't be nervous having sex her first time? He brushed some hair out of her glowing face and kissed her lips once. "Relax," he whispered, his voice low and honest. "Tell me if you want to stop, and I will."
Spencer "I'm kind of scared." She admitted nervously, wiggling around beneath him until she felt comfortable against her own bed. It never occurred to her that she'd be in this position anytime soon. Was she ready? She felt like she was, but there was still that doubt in the back of her mind. Was anyone really ready to have sex? It would be awkward, painful, and something completely new to her. Hearing the earnestness in his voice made her calm down just a little, but she couldn't deny the nerves bundling up.
Ethan shushed her, his hands cupping each side of her face as he stared her dead in the eyes. He stayed quiet for a good thirty seconds, just listening to her breathe and watching her blink; so simple yet so beautiful. A tender kiss was placed onto the corner of her mouth before he sighed. "As much as I want to, we don't have to. We can wait," he said quietly, his eyes bouncing between hers as he waited for a definite yes or no answer to come from the girl beneath him.
Spencer Her heart was beating so loud that she was almost sure that Ethan could probably hear hear because of the brief, uninterrupted silence. Her mind was pulling her in one direction and her heart in the other. She wanted to continue, to experience it all with Ethan, but something was obviously holding her back. Maybe it was that feeling of being vulnerable, or that feeling that things wouldn't be the same after crossing a certain boundary, and Spencer wasn't sure. She bit her lip, glancing away, unable to look him straight in the eye. "I don't think I'm ready." She admitted lowly, feeling the guilt settle upon her shoulders.
Ethan would be lying if he said he was completely satisfied with the outcome of the night. Of course he wanted to share the intimate experience with Spencer, but she said she wasn't ready, then he wasn't going to push it. "That's okay," he said, his voice sounding much more upset than he intended. His body fell down beside hers before stretching his neck to place a kiss on her temple. "We can wait."
Spencer knew the night was obviously ruined because of her unwillingness. Sometimes, she wished she could've been like one of the other girls- the kind of girl who could do or say anything without having second thoughts about it. "I'm sorry, Ethan. I really am." She wanted to let him know how awful she felt for leading him up to this point and not being able to fall through with it. It was completely uncalled for, but she couldn't do it. "I'm sorry." She repeated, her voice lower and softer.
[She sighs, nodding understandingly] Yeah, I know what you mean. I should’ve known better, though. Won’t bring it up again. Promise.
Hmm, that’s good to know. [Her voice lowers as her innocent smile slowly forms into a mischievous smirk] For future references, of course.
[He offers her a small smile before leaning forward and kissing her forehead]Â Don't worry about it. It's fine.Â
[Ethan catches the hint of seduction in her voice, his hands spreading on her back as he keeps his smirking face close to hers. His voice is breathy and tempting]Â I really don't think you realize the power that you have over me. You just need to learn how to use it.Â
[He laughs loudly] Of course. It’s not like you weren’t there to see it all happen anyway. [His laughter dies as he stares at him blankly] What? No way. He wouldn’t do that. He’s Sam. He’s a big marshmallow. No way.
[Ethan laughs along with him, shaking his head]Â I don't wanna talk about it, man. Well shit, I don't know the guy. If you say he's a big marshmallow then I guess he's a big marshmallow. He's definitely not a big marshmallow on the outside, though.Â
You do? That’s cool. That’s bound to work in your favor, man. [He laughs] Yeah, well, best of luck with that. Try not to get it on when I’m around.
Right? Maybe if I’m lucky, she might come back for more. Can’t blame her, though. I’m kind of irresistible. [He shrugs casually] He texted me, but that’s it. He hasn’t hunted me down yet, so I think I’m in the clear.
Yeah, well, I sure hope so. Thanks, man.
Ew! Gross. I don't want to know a damn thing about your sex life, got it? Keep it to yourself and yourself only. [He nods in understanding] Or maybe he's waiting until you think you're in the clear so that when he attacks, you'll be completely caught off guard and unprepared.

[Her expression softens, a pang of guilt hitting her] Sorry, Ethan. I, um, I didn’t mean to make you sad or anything. I was just, um, joking around. I’m sorry.
[She could feel her cheeks flush at the comment and she smiles shyly at him, her voice soft, yet full of disbelief] I do?
[He rubs his hands along her arms in reassurance, his head shaking]Â No, no, it's fine. Don't be sorry. I knew you were joking, I'm just-- It's just a touchy subject, that's all.
[He can't help but mimic her small smile, admiring her reserved presence]Â Of course you do.Â
Seriously? Shit, man. That’s rare, isn’t it? For a girl to be a virgin in all aspects? Damn. That’s awesome, though! You’d be the first one for everything. Well, if you’re lucky enough, that is.
[A smug smile appears on his lips at his reaction] Hell yeah, she does! She probably looks hotter than her, too. Not so bad, huh? [He offers him his fist] Thanks, man. I appreciate it. No need to worry, though. Nothing’s gonna happen.
I've got some Irish in me, so I guess I'll just let you know how it all turns out. Hopefully breathless in bed with a used condom on my dick.
Damn! Good catch, bro, but now I'm pissed because I'll never see her. [His knuckles touch Chris'] Again, not a problem. How do you know that? Have you two talked it out?Â
Nope. Ever since Iris left, she passed the title down to me, so I’m obviously living up to it. I’ve got the clothes and the attitude to prove it! It’s okay to be jealous, E.
[She flicks her hair behind her shoulder, a wave of cockiness washing over her] Yeah, I’m sure you are. I kind of have that effect on you.Â
Hey, come on. [His demeanor shifts from happy to sad within seconds]Â Don't bring Iris into this.
[The joke soon turned into more of a reality, Ethan holding her body even closer, chuckling]Â You really do, actually.Â
No, man! But just because you can’t have sex doesn’t mean you can’t do other things, if you know where I’m getting at.
Is it Kendall Kardashian? I think she has  different last name, doesn’t she? Nah, man, she’s not twelve anymore. She’s a babe now. You should Google her! Totally hot. [He rolls his eyes] I don’t run from people, dude. I’m not a sissy. But hey, I honestly doubt he’ll do anything. Sam’s not like that.
You're right, but the thing with Spencer is that she hasn't even done those other things yet. She just gets nervous and I'm not tryna push her into anything, you know?
I wouldn't fucking know, man. Hold up. I'll google her. [He pulls his phone from his front pocket, googling 'Kendall' and clicking the first name: Kendall Jenner] Oh, shit, dude. And Sam's cousin looks like this chick? [He tucks his phone away, sighing out a smile] Alright, if you say so. Just gotta look out for the homies.
Haven’t you heard the latest rumor? I’m the coolest girl in town and you’re oh so lucky to be with Miss Popular over here!
Yeah, it definitely has. I can’t believe it. [She giggles to herself, shaking her head at his comment. Mocking him, she responds in the same tone] In that case, I can go on and on about The American Revolution and the Boston Tea Party. That might really get you going.
You? The coolest girl in town? No. Something isn't right here. There's obviously been a miscalculation.
[He lifts an eyebrow, smiling with half of his mouth, continuing the joke] I'm getting worked up just thinking about it, baby.Â

I know some people that would disagree with you if you asked them, so that can’t be totally true!
You have about a week to catch up then. We should get to work! Well, we could just study and not do what we did last time, but we both know you can’t keep your hands off of me. [She says, matter-of-factly, with a smug smile on her lips]
What-- People actually believe that you're the cool one? In what universe?Â
Holy shit, a week? Time's just been flying by. [He smiles proudly, reaching out and grabbing her waist, and pulls her towards him. His voice is low, sarcastic] I can't help myself. You turn me on when you start talking about World War II and the Cold War.Â
I’m not in an expert in this or anything, but hey, push a few buttons and you’d be surprised.Â
What? No! God, no! The older one. What’s her name? Kendall? Kenny? The hot model. [His eyes widen at the thought] He won’t, though. I doubt he would.Â
Are you suggesting me to try even harder? I don't wanna seem too eager and just push her into having sex with me, man.
Kendall Kardashian? That sounds familiar. I don't keep up with the show so the last time I checked the little sisters were like twelve. I'll google her. [He shrugs again, still chuckling] And if he does, I'm just saying, run. Don't even try to fight him.
I’m the slightly cooler one in the relationship, though, right?
Oh, I understand. Your teacher can’t be failing you, though. That’s not fair, especially with all this unnecessary stress piled on top of us all. If you need help with it, I can tutor you, but we hardly studied the last time I did that.
We've been over this. I'm the cool one and you're just the nerdy girl that hangs around me.Â
Well, I guess it's a good thing that school's closed until March because I have a shit ton of work to catch up on. I don't need a tut-- I mean, if we're just gonna end up doing what we did last time, I definitely need a tutor. I might fail without one.
Hey, you never know. She might have a few kinks up her sleeve that you never knew about. Don’t doubt a virgin, man.Â
Nah, don’t worry. You’re not old. I’m just messing with you. She kind of looked like that one girl? The Kardashian’s little sister? I don’t know her name, but she’s hot. [He groans] Stop reminding me. I can probably hold my own, but I doubt he’s the violent type. His text wasn’t all that threatening either, so I’m not sure what’s going through his head.Â
Dude, Spencer? No. No way in hell is she kinky in any way whatsoever. She's just so innocent, though, so it intensifies everything by like ten thousand.
Wait, aren't those girls like fourteen? You pervert, Chris. [He laughs, shrugging] I don't know what to tell you. If he wants to fight you, though, you're fucking doomed.Â
Please tell me this isn’t going to last throughout the night. I can’t stay at the gym the whole night without Coach asking questions.
Maybe you need a hearing aid or something, man. You’re getting old. You’re not the same anymore. She was something else. Very pretty girl. Very. Uh, apparently, she’s Sam Dawley’s cousin? And I guess he found out? He’s not so happy and I’m kind of screwed.
Dude, I would be legendary if I could last the whole night, but let's be real here. I'll barely last twenty minutes with a virgin.Â
Don't say that. I'm legitimately scared of getting old. Now I won't be able to sleep tonight. Well, if only I caught glimpse of her face, huh? Sam Dawley… Oh. Oh. He's brawny, man. He could squash you like a bug or snap you like a twig.

I’m not entirely sure. I mean, we almost did, but I think we kind of ended up agreeing with each other?Â
You’re failing Government? And you didn’t tell me? Ethan!
We're a pretty damn cool couple.Â
Well, I-- No, I mean, only just recently. I've just been slacking off a little bit, especially after the shooting. I can't get my brain to function as well as it used to.Â
Thank God. Yeah, I got you. Let me know ahead of time so I can make plans to be gone for the night or whatever, alright?
Yeah, of course I did. Her name’s Esther. I doubt she’ll be around much, though. She was here to visit, but that’s about it.
And if I don't have time to let you know, then I'll just give you the little wink and nod. You'll know to leave for at least a couple hours.Â
Oh, right, didn't you just tell me that? Dude, I'm having memory problems. I mean, she looked cute from her silhouette, but I never really got a good look at her. Have you found out who her cousin is?
