Embarrassing moment during a work meeting - if you’ll excuse me I’ll be quitting my job and moving to a remote island where I’ll never have to talk to another person again 😳

I’ve forgotten what it’s like to leave the house every day, I miss opening the front door to actually go out, instead of just to get handed parcels

I’m now working from my basement, give it another 6 months and I’ll crawl out like Gollum

The longer I work from home the longer I’m left alone with my thoughts - and I can now confirm I’m annoying

I never thought I’d say this but I can’t wait until I can commute to work again, the walk from my bedroom to the living room just isnt adventurous enough for me

Working was home was fine at first but now it’s been 6 months and I’ve forgotten how to interact with people in person

All this time indoors social distancing has really given me a chance to reflect on my life... it has been embarrassing

Thank you social anxiety! Who knew you could stress about social situations while not being (allowed) in them!
