in his personal data from the manga it says 175cm, then there's two pictures of him standing where his height is marked, one from the manga of him standing and reaching 5'6 (167cm) and the other (colored) of him being a bit over 180cm.. i actually even wanted to compare him with light as light is 179cm but the only time they're in the same room mikami is hucnched over :/

I personally prioritize the data from Obata's art over the profile data, because well... he is the guy in charge of the visuals.

I think the Chapter 84 cover actually states that he is 6'0, which would be consistent with the height from the cover of Vol 11! The label for each line is written above the line not below it.

I have made an effort to line him up with Light's height chart before, which also works well with this assumption:
