luciel will very rarely introduce himself by his birth name ; to everyone else, especially within circles that involve other hackers, he’s always 707. even just seven is okay. thus far the only people to know him by his real name are members of the RFA and the MC.

reposted but:  the reason why luciel has trouble interacting with people or expressing himself verbally is because his thought process comes in numbers, instead of in words or pictures like most people. not everyone knows about this and instead of actually talk about it, he prefers to play it off as him being a pretty chill guy or someone who turns things into jokes. the only times he seems to have no trouble expressing his thoughts are when someone is genuinely upset or in need of help, or when he’s making self - deprecating jokes. ( yes, he’s aware that the latter is not a healthy coping mechanism but that’s a post for another time. )

within the RFA, 707 is closest with V as he’s privy to most of what V does when he chooses to share what he’s doing with him. he was also close with rika, though after finding out the extent of the abuse she inflicted on V, his feelings have changed to nothing but contempt with her and concern for yoosung, who still questions how she ‘died’. aside from V, 707 opens up to the MC the easiest while keeping her at a distance at the same time.

outside of the RFA, 707′s next closest ‘friend’ is his handler Vanderwood. to everyone else if they ask, Vanderwood is his maid.

 though he doesn’t express it very well he does see the rest of the RFA as family. he enjoys teasing both yoosung and zen and very rarely gets along with jaehee who thinks he doesn’t take things seriously, but he’d do anything for them.
