It is my birthday month of 2017. Just had my graduation ceremony back in Leeds and now I’m in bed back in London. Its been awhile... writing to myself.

I am thoroughly exhausted and sleep deprived. Stepping into my late twenties has never felt more daunting. Ever. It hits you so hard about your future and what you are gonna do with the rest of your life. Friends are getting engaged, married, having babies, buying property, investing, saving for old age. And here I am trying to pick up the pieces of my life that is located in 2 different countries.

I really hope 2018 will be a better year for me and a year of finding my ground. I have been living in uncertainty for the past 4 years and this wandering life has to end now. I need something solid and stable, be it my job, my partner and my friends. I have never felt so alone in my life and I have never felt so doubtful about my place in this world. Perhaps its time I make decisions for myself and stop letting life play it out for me. I don’t want to keep saying ‘we’ll see how it goes’ or ‘fingers crossed’. 

On a lighter note, I’ve got a few resolutions planned for the next year. Get perfect vision, get a stable job, get back to the gym, get a kindle and read more ‘books’. Yeah, lets start with these first and add more along the way.
