Everyday is leg day 🏋🏻‍♂️🦵🏼 . Let’s talk real for a second... My legs have always been a massive insecurity of mine because of how naturally skinny and disproportionate they are compared to my upper body. I still can’t believe I’m actually posting a photo like this but I’m super proud of how far they’ve come the last few months after staying committed to going to the gym and eating properly for my goals. If you too are struggling to gain weight like I did, then I have one word to say: EAT, EAT, EAT!!!
