havent had time to play ts4 in a while but i saw these cute poses and just had to do a little scene of Vorik showing off his vulcan strength to Starrah :)
I did not expect my rambling to get as much notice as it did, and I found it lacking in certain help. So I went through as much different sizing as possible. Using aspect ratios and the general idea of what I use and what doesn't crunch. And this isn't to say you must these ratios. This is just taking the guess work out of it. (also do note, I am not an expert on this issue, so... take it with a grain of salt...)

note 04/05/2026: depending on your ZOOM in whatever browser you have, you may or may not experience the issue. On Firefox at 120% the issue goes away. On Brave, it's hardly exists (partially). So, if you do come across an issue with a photo without clicking, try playing with your zoom settings.

Tumblr’s changed their image sizing in the last two days or so. Now, every HQ photo looks compressed and crunchy on desktop and mobile until you click it. Which is a bit pants, really. I actually tested it for my SBL extra photo set because I was baffled.
Absolute crunch going on.

And as you can see the sweet spot is around here. It's the 2250 x 1210 mark and up where it starts getting quite crispy. Just a quick heads up.
Hello, I've finished my Victor set! This is mostly an older conversion of mine with recent touch-ups. Victor's model size is uniquely much higher poly with scrambled textures, which affects conversion quality. This may or may not change while Deadlock is a work-in-progress game.
Hair is a full conversion this time.
Mouth edges derived from Okruee Face Details.

Accessories may not be compatible with all top replacers, but presets are fine. They are fitted to the EA default torso.
Chest Stitching is a merged package with three versions to fit chest sizes of different top replacers, and my own!
Stitching was separated to be compatible with other clothing (e.g., wearing a shirt without chest stitches). It might be overwhelming, so I added thumbnail text for clarity.

I started a project in 2024 (which I still intend to finish somehow) which is basically "what if I put Vegeta in Majora's Mask with like, full immersion" and I made a lot of stuff, but aside from replacing most of the text strings I rewrote, I am stuck on the "modding" part because Zelda modding seems very gatekept or at least lacks good resources for learning compared to say, SM64.

I was cleaning up the Project folder and found a bunch of progress shots from our huge Simblreen set. My favorite parts surround the creation of Asher's Automaton Suit, required for him to even be present in the story--because it's his body. If you're curious about the details, read below. You might find it interesting.
Initially, we just knew Asher wore full-coverage clothing. I had an idea right away, and proceeded to make my first ever outfit. But we quickly realized he'd need to have more than that. So, it was sketch time.
Figuring out how the automaton "worked" was the hardest part. We started with a 30-minute sketch; we both drew something, time limit to keep us on-task.
I then spent 3 weeks playing with elements, texturing, and making test-models. (Early draft above.) The end result drew from both concepts. The gorget, support belts, and segmented face all made it in. The wire-muscle idea became the wires you glimpse around his exposed joints. The glowing parts were all me. If it's gonna be half-magic, I figured it may as well glow. The jumpsuit and belts imply how much of his structure Marigold based on what she had laying around. She doesn't exactly have funding to build an automaton, so she had to improvise.
The idea was for Asher to pass at a distance, but become more uncanny the closer you got. Having his face visibly "clipped on" was vital to this concept. The history of WWI facial prosthetics came up during design (we're fun at parties). As their country is recovering from a war, we figure most people would see the scar and clips and assume Asher was a veteran. Him wearing an old soldier's uniform just reinforces that.
Did you notice? The Automaton suit and overlay both have custom mouth textures. The color is slightly off, the teeth bluntly defined and clearly false. The logic is that Marigold is a mechanic, not an artist. She wasn't about to color-match a human soft palette, let alone hand-sculpt individual teeth.
Bonus: While I made the cc, Dez did a lot of the graphic design for the Mechanist. I love how she took my goofy concept doodle and screenshots and came up with a really striking poster.
The Automaton is hyper-specific, and probably only useful to us, but it was a fun little nightmare to figure out. I learned a lot about everything just to make it work. It's not perfect, but we're proud of it.
Now we just have to figure out what his upgraded form looks like. orz
Honestly, I didn't give Emily much thought at first – it's only later where I began to think that Emily's so very cute, actually. Her enthusiasm for life and people is very heartwarming to me. She's unafraid of being herself, unapologetically, and I think that's beautiful. Once her and Haley get closer, I think they both enjoy doing fashion shoots and spa days together. She's also a natural blonde like her sister, but chooses to dye her hair funky colors, despite her parents disapproval. She lokwey gives me Family's Black Sheep vibes, but still gets saddled with the Eldest Daughter responsibilities. Probably does a lot of homemade granola bars and cheerfully forces Shane to try them.
