Jessica needs a strict routine and is aware of that, sudden changes upset her. In Jessica goes to the creek where she goes along with the main gang to the creek it's shown that her suddenly having to come along made her be stressed.

As for Craig I think he isn't actually aware or being fully willing to admit that he craves a routine, specifically a looser routine since he is rather open to new experiences but not for changes to his main routine. Shown in multiple episodes like Jessica goes to the creek with Craig being unwilling to not go to the creek, Craig to the future where he seems rather upset about the idea of change (that episode specifically may have been out of fear of losing his friends) and him generally not being shown to enjoy changes.

Omar's need for routine is similiar to Craig's but different, it's more rooted in him seemingly finding comfort in repetitive behavior, like watching the overpass everyday or the repetitiveness of video games. Craig's need for routine isn't rooted in a need for repetitive behavior like Omar, more in generally doing the same things, like exploring the creek, it differentiates from Omar's repetive behaviour because of him enjoying doing different things in different ways, but only on his command of those things. Omar finding comfort in repetitive activities is stated in the episode chrono moss.
