lucas wouldn’t have been able to get that many prescriptions. as someone who has adhd, let me tell you stimulant medication is VERY controlled and regulated. the doctor has to do a written signature and it can only be on paper scripts (except if you have this fancy new thing that is able to send it in through pharmacies, but that’s a different story), you have to physically take the script to a pharmacy and get it filled, you have to show your driver’s license, and each prescription can only be for 30 days at most, and you can only refill it at most 5 days before it runs out. so he would never have been able to get so many bottles. plus the pharmacy probably would have called his mom (the doctor) if something seemed suspicious, which it would be if he was trying to get so many prescriptions in a short amount of time

it’s really fuckin hard to get adhd meds, even if you’re diagnosed. it would be more accurate if he had stolen someone else’s, or bought them from someone selling the pills. that’s the biggest way they get into the hands of people without adhd, especially students. when i went to college it was recommended that i put my meds in a safe place where no one could find them, in case my roommate or someone they knew tried to steal them.

it’s really fucking frustrating when you actually have adhd but people who don’t have it abuse the system to get the medication that helps you, ruining it for everyone else. my meds are vital or else i wouldn’t be able to think or concentrate or do anything at all.

i hope this will speed things up. we need an update to get this fixed

please @playchoices, i just wanna play my game. i’ve been trying to avoid spoilers but while looking to see if there’s more people having the crashing issue but i’ve already been spoiled for some things and it’s really disappointing.

i don’t think i’m gonna get that special exclusive experience you get when playing the chapter yourself for the first time without knowing anything that happens, like i did when i was able to play the chapters when they came out each wednesday and friday. and that’s really frustrating. it’s a small thing, but it ruins the excitement and fun of playing the games for me. it’s near impossible to avoid spoilers when you’re just trying to find out if people are having the same issue as you with their games crashing.

go to your settings > privacy > analytics > make sure “share iPhone analytics” is enabled, and then make sure “share analytics with app developers” is enabled.

it will notify pixelberry every time there is a crash and send the crash report to them. you can even view the crash reports yourself if you look through “analytics data” and look for any report that starts with “Choices”

give us a fucking update to fix it or at least give us an idea of how much longer we’re going to have to deal with this shit. if you’re going to ignore it simply because it’s not happening to every single player then be upfront about it

i was able to fix it briefly by playing my game on an android emulator (my phone is an iPhone 6s plus) and that ended up correcting whatever had glitched on my phone’s version of my game. but then this past friday’s chapters had it happening all over again and i’m back to the crashing every time i try to open the app and it tries to redownload my game from the server. and it’s doing the same on the emulator version too

am i the only one that thinks this is a clue for any upcoming chapters? like, maybe we’ll encounter a tomb or something, and there could to be a timed choice where we have to choose “roll” to get to it/get it open?
