No but actually still thinking about how right now Rascal is his only positive relationship where he's shown unconditional love

Even when Hunter doesn't want them around, the palisman sticks by him

They follow him everywhere

Even when it's dangerous

And even when he's at his lowest

And I think this is the first step for Hunter. Because the fact that Rascal doesn't abandon him, despite it being dangerous, and his personal view that they would be better off with another witch (one who isn't powerless, one that isn't, in his mind, useless.) Hunter has a deeply ingrained belief that one has to be useful in order to be worth anyone's love or affection, and that people are replaceable. We see in this episode that these beliefs define how he sees things, how he interprets his own and others' relationships. So Rascal is legitimately challenging Hunter's worldview and sense of self-worth by showing him unconditional love and support, and sticking with him. Furthermore, Rascal seems to trust Hunter immensely, which is in great contrast to anyone else in his life except Belos (who "trusts" Hunter in the sense that he manipulates him until his actions are predictable.) The closest people he could even consider trying to call 'friends' are his literal enemies, whom he's supposed to... y'know, be enemies with. And then there's Rascal.

"You stuck with me the whole time, huh, bird?"

Who loves and trusts Hunter, which is this completely new and radical idea to him. Rascal, in their own way, is trying their hardest to show Hunter that not everyone is going to hate him or abandon him or replace him. And I think this will be part of his learning to open up a little more, put his faith in others, learn to love and trust in return, which will hopefully have him realize he doesn't deserve to be treated the way Belos treats him.

It is time to acquaint you with the Outlast OC

This lovely madame is Margaret Lenore Hoggarth. She’s from Britain, and she knows Loutermilch since childhood, that’s why she is his weak spot. Meggie is a very caring and kind teacher, literally “a Ray of light in the Dark Kingdom”. She protects students from attacks of the priest, also she especially warmly treats children who love her subject. Lenore is a music teacher (although there are hints in the game that Louter is a music teacher, let’s let Hoggarth teach this subject :“>).

Over time, she notices the unhealthy attraction of her friend to Jessica, that’s why  Lenore begins to try to spend as much time with the girl as possible, and in principle, Jesse feels safe as long as Hoggarth is around.

She often asks Louter not to overwhelm students with work (Loutermilch is a teacher of history and religion in this AU), and, despite all the harmlessness of Hoggarth, the teacher listens to the British woman out of harm’s way.

Despite the fact that they are so different, yet Loutermilch and Hoggarth are very attached to each other.
