I haven’t read the original novel, but I do hope that the lapileons might actually receive justice over the many wrongs theyve done in the past. Harary and Aedus hates the family for a reason- how they treat women and how they always do whatever the corrupt ruler does.

The comic has been dropping red flags over red flags and chapter 124 pretty much seals it. No matter how much we love the family, the family still kept on acting on flawed traditions, which makes them guilty. (hm saoirse, maybe maybe not its 4.30am)

ive just started reading this webtoon like a month ago and the amount of times ive been rereading it is incredible. its a crime that this webtoon has like 6 fics (T_T) omg im like absolutely STARVING.

i don’t write a lot but im thinking that i shd because,,, I WANT MORE OF SILLY LITTE FAMILY AUGHHH

this too like like- it actually happened. i thought that the people or the strawhats would be able to at least prevent this.

because throughout the story, every kingdom that the strawhats encountered were ALREADY going through the AFTERMATH of the tragic event. the tragedy had already come to pass and they were able to liberate the place

if i am correct, then this is the first time we’re actually able to witness a devastating event in real time in one piece

i dont know what this means tho in a narrative perspective. maybe it shows that the threat is actually for real. they have seen the impacts of the world government’s actions on many kingdoms, now they get to see it happening

and gaban was straight up balling a couple chapters ago and a moment before this he was hyping his son up because he was gonna save him

then future sight kicked in. and omg the absolute look of TERROR on his face.

dude this is so,,, oda has only ever drawn a death like once or thrice before. 

ok maybe a couple times. but they were all incredibly significant. i think this was the first time ive ever seen a child actually get killed (even if its only through a vision) on screen before.

and the way he drew it too. it sent shivers man,,, SHIVERS.
