James: I’m kind of crushing on someone, but I’m worried about telling you who it is, because you’re not going to like it..

James and Regulus go to couples therapy at least once a month. They both have journals for things to talk about. They have done it for years because they both know that they don’t have the healthiest relationships with themselves or with others (James being the one that pushes himself away when he’s overwhelmed and regulus pushing everyone else away) and they want to be able to move past those issues and trauma together, as a team.

When Regulus does stuff that’s good for his mental health, James gets proud and kisses his cheek, which makes Regulus very happy

regulus : "Hey james!...why are you so sweaty?"
