Got sick at my course. Went outside with a sick bag, and recorded these sounds from my stomach.

Last night was ‘fun’. Once there was nothing left in my stomach, dry heaving ensued.

I felt really bloated and sick and…. close to 20 minutes of burping and puking condensed into 10 minutes. Voilà.

SO. I have GERD and chronic gastritis and it flared up BAD. nothing sits right at times so for 2 days straight,  lunch would sit there and not digest and I would end up puking around 7-8 pm. This is the second night, about 20 minutes of puking condensed into the most interesting bits.

ate some chips last night and didn’t feel well after. never did an audio only clip before but these... do have their charm! enjoy me puking haha
