im so sick of when people talk abt anorexia symptoms and as a scare tactic and dont talk about how that affects people. like organ failure? you will start pissing and shitting yourself did you know thats a sign of organ failure. but noo obviously hair falling out is the worst symptom. not like. seizures or osteoporosis or organ failure.. which you get at any weight btw
