Contract negotiations are on hold between Santa and the elf union. We aren't allowed to strike October to December because we are considered essential workers. Frankly this is unacceptable. We are working without a contract. The union resumes negotiations January 1st. They better get the 4 day work week. This man only works 1 day a year and we can't have 3 day weekends?
