good news!! My suicidal ideation has finally gone away!!!

bad news!! now I am having homicidal thoughts instead!!!

I am currently standing in front of my bathroom mirror I scratch & pull at my face I involuntarily hold my breath as I do…tears of pain and sadness bulge from my eyeballs my heart pounding from adrenaline my thoughts are begging me to stop…

The scratches become scars as i get more rough with my skin my feelings change at a rapid pace…

but that’s not enough! I don’t feel satisfied…

So I take a knife and I stab❗️and I stab❗️and I stab❗️

i cut open my lower abdomen to remove my uterus

i shave my head

i dig,pull & tear out my vocal cords then I attack & forcefully rip out a innocent man’s vocal cords to take them as my own.

and as for my external genitalia i dig,pull and tear it off with my bare hands and toss it on the floor

the only thing left of it is my human flesh and my exposed pubic symphysis…

my whole blood is splattered across the floor
