“Oh, well, looks like you have an advantage then.” Oliver chuckled as he lifted the item he’d taken from her and held it higher above his head. “You gotta work for it if you want it.” he smiled.

“I have to work for it? Really? And just what do you suggest I do to work for it?”

“I’ll have you know that I actually have a high reach. I may be short, but my arms are long.”

Ashtyn always liked to listen to music blaring when she was in the body shop. Hearing a sound behind her, one not coming from her radio, the girl jumped. In the process the entire toolbox to her right went tumbling to the floor. “Oh shit.” She hit her knees and quickly started sweeping as many tools back into the box, “Umm. H-hi. Welcome to Keith’s. Can you just like- just one second.”

Emma let out a light chuckle, masked by her hand when she saw the girl fall to the ground. “Of course, take all the time you need.” The girl began to look around, taking note of the music that was playing. “You work here, I’m assuming?”

“Powder blue and baby blue are completely different. How can anyone think they’re the same shade? Honestly, some people are prettier before they start talking.” Isabella sighed to the person next to her as she gestures to the fabric swatches she held in her hand. Maybe they weren’t ‘completely different’ like Isabella had said but when actually made into clothing they came out in unique tones that each color held on its own. “I’ll do anything for you to get me coffee and drag me away from this stuff.”

Emma’s eyebrows were raised as she heard the girl speak. She didn’t want to admit that she too failed to see a difference between the two shades. “I mean, blue is still a pretty color, right? Regardless of the shade? The coffee I can do, not sure if dragging you away is going to do any good.”
