a while back i wrote a self compassion letter in therapy. in it i told myself that i was worthy, lovable, and enough.

the funny thing is that writing those words and believing them are two very different things.

some days i can see myself through that lens. some days i can’t.

but maybe healing isn’t about always believing it. maybe it’s about continuing to come back to it. continuing to try. continuing to choose yourself even on the days it feels impossible.
