07.15.21. i cleaned my desk for the first time in ages yesterday. i don't have anything glamorous to say. these days it feels so hard to do anything, but i'm trying.

I’m so tired, by the time I stopped studying I couldn’t even understand what I was reading. Doesn’t help that my professor likes to explain things in a way that is almost incomprehensible to everyone except maybe people who have alredy taken the class.

17 December 2020 | The term is nearly over with only one paper left to complete! If I’m not able to recite 2 Peter 1:3-15 in Greek by the end of this, then I simply don’t know where my brain has been… 

I think it can be refreshing and nice but I much prefer the feeling of coming in from the cold! I've been raking leaves in the garden this morning to get over what happened in Washington DC last night and now I'm moving onto my next essay. X Emily
