Every year, the spirits gather every night to cause mischief and misfortune. How will you fare through the festival? Will you get riches and prizes beyond your wildest dreams? Or will you become friends with a spooky specter?
There are a multitude of events happening throughout the week:
A Haunted house and maze scavenger hunt - joining in teams, you must find the dragon flowers before a monster gets you!!
Apple bobbing - my personal favorite. If you get a golden apple, I heard you can trade it in to Anna for money!
PIE EATING CONTEST - Consider me there!!!
Costume Contest - Get out those nice and funky threads and let’s see who has the best Chrom costume!
A Masquerade ball!
And we can’t forget about the Spooky Bazaar with all of your wares and special monster hunting services!
This event is happening October 20th - October 26th, with signups for the haunted maze and house being October 13th - October 17th. Bazaar signups are also the same week and last until October 18th.

Sanaki had had a very rough few months after that war had broken out. But finding out that she had never been intended to hear the Goddess’ voice after all, that all of her struggles and fights - she was never meant to have had to deal with any of them. This was never meant to be her fight.
She had just gotten used to the idea that her destiny was to hear the Goddess’ voice and rule and now she finds out that she had had a choice the entire damn time. Having the manifestation of everything she’d been forced to go through giggle and pat her on the head was…demeaning. Infuriating.
‘Fear’ was definitely not what she was feeling around Yune at this moment.
“Of all the people who can touch me – YOU ARE NOT AMONG THEM!”
“Oh?” Yune questioned her as she recoiled from Sanaki’s sudden outburst. “Why the sudden hostility? Is there something wrong with me praising you for the hard work you have done?” Frankly, the goddess was confused over her reaction. She floated backwards to allow Sanaki some space; there was genuine anger in her eyes, Yune could see that. However, she sensed there was a feeling of hurt beneath them, the kind of hurt that comes from finding out the truth.
She hadn’t connected all the dots yet, but the goddess was beginning to piece together a possible reason why Sanaki was furious with her. Still, it was probably better to ask her directly and wait for her answer.

“Ah, I had not expected to run into you again though I cannot say I am not grateful for the opportunity.” Sothis mused, bowing her head gently once more in greeting to Yune before the fingers that at first rested under her chin came to rest at her side once more. They were in a unique position - each beings above mortals, each responsible for their own respective chaos at home, and yet, each ignited by desires for change.
“How did you enjoy the proceedings? I believe we are in rather exciting times, are we not? There were many thrilling battles and frankly, many surprising results all things considered.”
She greeted the other goddess with a smile and a chuckle. “I’m pleasantly surprised by this gathering these beorc have organized. Truly, it is these moments that fascinate me so,” Yune answered Sothis as she gazed at the venue full of people with smiles and laughter. Seeing them like this made her smile as well.
“I wouldn’t say that my performance in the tourney was my best,” she continued as she recalled getting splashed by fountain after fountain in the competition. It didn’t do her feathers any good, and it took her a while to fully dry off, perched on top of Micaiah’s shoulder. “Still, I found it rather enjoyable. It isn’t every day that a goddess can casually partake in the festivities of these beorc.”
The bonfire crackled gently in the night, giving off a warm glow that Yune appreciated. She held out her hands to take in as much of that warmth it was radiating before turning the question back to the other girl. “What have you been doing in this festival, Sothis? Anything that caught your attention?”

“Kliiiiiiff—” Alm groans, swallowing what he could of the next donut before complaining, shoulders slumping and giving his childhood friend a pitiful look. “I’m suffering— it’s so dramatic.”
Pressing his right hand to his forehead and leaning himself back a little to further dramatize himself, he instantly regrets it as he feels a lurch in his stomach, and he groans and leans forward, clutching at it sadly. “It’s so much food… this might just be it for me…”
“Alright, alright, I’ll try and heal you so you won’t look as distressed as you are now,” Kliff said in a jabbing tone as he grabbed a healing staff nearby. Healing spells weren’t really his specialty, but he knew a thing or two on how to help people recover from near-fatal injuries.
“Let’s get you all fixed up then,” he told Alm as he motioned for him to lie down.
