She celebrates Levi's birthday every christmas, She also celebrated Petra's birthdays, she owns tons of Levi merch, and she calls him "Captain" on twitter when talking about him.

Update: Natsuki Aikawa is a Levi simp and has a Captain Levi body pillow and said this on Twitter. I just found it, HAHAHAHA

Hello! Sorry for answering so late! I'm busy these days, but I think they meant the letter from the official Attack On Titan 2 game. Petra's letter only showed how she wanted to devote herself to Levi and had complete faith in him! If anything, a Petruo using this as an argument only enhances Rivetra lol. Here's Petra's full letter:

"I am working hard with my comrades under Captain Levi's command. I would do anything for the captain. No mission is too dangerous if that's what his orders are. I'll come see you the next time I have a day off. Don't worry, dad, I'm in the best hands."

Of course! So. At the first half of the song, Petra sings about Levi about his "rigor" (harsh inflexibility in opinion, temper, or judgment; the quality of being unyielding or inflexible! she basically talks about his strict look on the outside) but tells him:

辛辣な言葉の向こうにも　温かなヒカリを私は感じていました

Which means, "Beyond the harsh words, I felt a warm light." Petra understands Levi. She knows that despite how strict he looks and sounds, there is a warm light inside him and he cares.

The song continues of Petra recalling all the memories with her comrades, and stops at:

そんなあなたの背中　誰が護るのでしょう?

"Who will protect your back?"

Levi is Humanity's Strongest and has always come back alive. And yet, Petra still wants to be there to protect him. This has been shown in the anime multiple times where she tells him to back away from Eren, yells at him when he flew away to kill a titan on his own etc, etc.

《鳥》は飛ぶ為に　生まれてきたとしても 片翼では　きっと上手く　空は飛べないでしょう 全ての白と黒の　意志をあなたは背負って 遙か彼方　壁を超えて　皆を導いて逝くのでしょう

"Though a bird is destined to fly beyond the walls that reach the sky, I'm certain they can't, with just a single wing to take them."

She is most likely talking about Eren here. Many have said that Eren is the only one capable of leading them all beyond the walls. Not to mention, Eren was destined to go outside the walls for freedom, so symbolically it would technically makes sense that she's talking about Eren.

But Petra believes that only LEVI could lead their comrades outside the walls.

"But you take them both upon your own back, those wings both white and tattered black. With the strength of those wings, you would do anything, to lead us all beyond this forsaken place."

The last lyrics subtly reveal Petra's feelings for Levi.

"At the end... another thing... I have a feeling I want to convey...no, after all, nothing."

Petra's song writer MANAMI used the kanji "Omoi" (想い) while writing the "feeling" that Petra wanted to convey. "Omoi" (想い) has multiple definitions.

Petra loved Levi and that was shown through her official love song for him (Souyoku no Hikari), the official translation of her feelings (here) and multiple other sources if you'd check out my RIVETRA blog!!

Disclaimer : this is my personal interpretation but the dots (informations) I collected to connect are from reliable sources

Starting from souyoku no hikari (the light of two wings). It is Petra’s official song from Shingeki no Kiseki album by Linked Horizon. Here is the summary detail about the album.

and then the summary detail of dark side of the moon.

From the summary details, apparently souyoku no hikari was released before dark side of the moon.

Now, let’s see the parts of both songs that can be connected :

First, in souyoku no hikari there’s a part where petra asked “In my final moments, Did I appear as a brave soldier in your eyes?”

and then in the dark side of the moon “Gallant soldiers fallen behind my back”

1st Connection : “yes you are a brave soldier Petra :”)” because all of Levi’s fallen comrades are gallant / brave soldiers :”)

Second, in souyoku no hikari there’s a part “But you will shoulder the determination of all that is white (the living comrades) and black (the departed comrades)”

and then in the dark side of the moon “The thoughts they left give me power”

2nd Connection : what Petra believes is true, Levi will not only shoulder the determination of the living comrades, but he will shoulder all of his comrades’ determination. (Canonically can be seen in the chapter 136 that his comrades offered their hearts is for the ideal world w/o titans, not for the lives of ppl outside the walls to be crushed).

Third, in souyoku no hikari “And you will guide everyone to great distance beyond the walls”

and then, in dark side of the moon “Someday we will destroy the impeding wall and break free, I dedicate my life for it”

3rd Connection : both of them believe someday paradis people will be free and they will be connected to the world outside. Petra believes Levi will guide them. (Canonically what Petra believes is true, it can be seen in chapter 138 where Levi immediately guided everyone to continue to fight and helped them despite his severely wounded condition 😭)
