these days I have to admit its just been really hard to find a reason to smile

I will always pick quality over quantity when it comes to friends. at least quality friends won't lie when you mess up

I hate waking up at 3 am feeling empty and restless when all I want to do is sleep. Probably just gonna make a pot of noodles, call it my emotional support noodles and eat it in bed staring at the TV. Fck insomnia sucks.

it's 5 hours until my 30th birthday. Looking back when I was abused as a kid, as a teen and my ex I never thought I would see my 30th birthday. I thought the abuse would kill me or I would. I am glad things are better now in ways I could never imagine. I got good friends, away from the abuse and getting to know other family members who accept me that I didn't know when I was younger. But I still remember the moments that went through my head when I tried to overdose and commit suicide. I am just glad things are better.
