I have been a little quiet of late with my blog recently. It's because I have been busy writing up my assignment for my Environmental Studies course with the Open University. This assignment was all about the Arctic and how and why we obtain data from drilling ice cores, analysing samples from polar bears to using satellite imagery to record the sea ice extent. I found it particularly interesting that what we do in the UK, US China etc... Has such an impact to Arctic in regards to the amount of carbon we are throwing into the atmosphere. That's why it's so important to reduce our carbon footprint wherever possible.
