You're like, really pretty

Hey everyone!

I’ve been homeless for over a few months now. I was living in a very abusive, controlling environment and was kicked out without a penny to my name. I have survived thus far through donations to help me with food and getting a warm hotel room for those super cold nights. My need for temporary safe shelter has become very overwhelming and also very draining. The only thing that’s going to give me any footing or fighting hope in this world right now is to have long-term shelter.

I’ve had a previous fundraiser post going around asking for help so that I could afford to rent a room for two months. Since that post has gone up a friend has come forward and asked me to go in with him on renting an apartment/house. My friend is very aware of how desperate my situation is and is understanding of my financial situation. He has offered to pay my half of the deposit so long as I can pay my half of the first month of rent. We are planning on moving into a new housing situation by the end of February.

He has asked me to try and save between $600-700. With the money raised from my last fundraiser I have $189. That means I’ll need $411 by February 28th. Gofundme accepts donations from the US & other countries. You can also donate to my Venmo @Candice-S-4.

I have felt so much shame about my situation, but with this friend stepping in and helping me out I feel like the dark clouds are now opening up to some sunshine. I just need your help to help me get there so that I can get my leg up and get my life back on track.
