I used to be so scared of painting. In my digital work, I can perfect down to the pixel. As painting has become a bigger part of my practice, I’ve learned to embrace imperfection. This piece was the first where I didn’t plan it out or draw it digitally first. Sketched a rough idea directly onto the wall and then let loose. A big step for me.
