I woke up like dis 🌼🦁✨ Pre yoga session with the amazing @girlvanayoga 🤸🏼‍♀️ I can be pretty scatty and learning to feel more aligned & grounded in my body has been my mission this year even though to begin with it felt really scary! I'm so used to feeling like I'm flying and the idea of having roots, for me, seemed restrictive and brought up this little fighter within me ... But turns out roots are AMAZING and really feel AMAZING ♥️ Always learning..

      Hey guys! As you all must’ve noticed, I’m not updating this blog anymore. Firstly, I don’t really have the time to update this blog seeing as Ella posts a lot. lol. I am also going through a tough time (which I have explained on my other blog sugglet), but that’s besides the point. Secondly, I’m just not as interested in Ella and what she’s up to as I was when I started this blog.       So, I’ve been thinking of giving this blog away to someone who will actually enjoy updating it, rather than just deleting it or letting it die. My only problem is that I don’t know if I can do that seeing as this is a side blog. Either way, I’m going to look it up and see if it’s possible. In the meantime, if anybody’s interested in becoming the owner of this blog and maintaining it, let me know. I have someone in mind, but I haven’t contacted them. So if you’re interested, just message me! Also, if any of you know if it is possible to give away a sideblog or have done it before, I would appreciate it if you let me know and helped me out a bit! ellagracedenton: I found @torontopigsave last night, I cried 😔 I get so overwhelmed by what the big corporations are doing to animals and what so many people don't know. I truly believe if slaughter houses had glass walls we would all live a lot more consciously. Sometimes the world overwhelms me, pain & suffering isn't something we should talk about lightly, it's happening every second of every day 😪 If you want to change the way you eat, like I did last year, I'm really here to help - no judgement. The cultural stories we grew up living with aren't our fault, but what we do when we have new information and see a new reality is important.
