5 am chest workout😈 it’s crazy how far I’ve come from when I first started working out, at first I thought it was just take as many supplements as I can, do bullshit workouts that makes no sense, working 4 different muscles a workout, staying in the gym for more than 3 hours at a time, and eating like shit, fast food for lunch and dinner, and having no real game plan. But now I know all it takes is a plan, dedication, good diet, and just simple hard fucking work!💪🏽😈🏋🏽 Don’t fall into the hype of takin a shit ton of supplements to get to where you want to be, when really supplementation isn’t even half of what it takes! Get your diet in check, come with a plan, and be dedicated!!😈
