Morning me before work: I'm depressed and tired and unmotivated, so I'm just gonna clean up the room when I get home.

Hi! Today was a big day for me! I spoke to my therapist about my age regression (before I had just mentioned that there was “something”) and she reacted super duper well! She literally told me that she’s happy I can be a kid sometimes, and I should be more open to myself about it. And she wants me to bring a stuffie next time! I dunno if this can help someone, but I guess I just wanted to share it for all people who doubt themselves, and to share something positive!
