um anyways. i definitely believe the person who owns a hunting pack of cats is eram, because like... it literally sends the cats after you. come on.

since pink apparently met this person, that makes pink the third shadow crystal holder to have gotten in contact with a strange someone.

my first thought upon reading this was dess. her room is full of like, rations and survival gear, and noelle says she "left" - maybe she dug too deep, the cats came after her, and so she had to make a run for it and go into hiding. this does rely on the assumption that the cats can exist in the light world, however, which we have no evidence of. and also, i think she already had enough reason to leave already. so this wouldn't really be necessary. guess it could explain why she never took elly with her though.

i saw someone point out that this could be why spamton lives in the trash and changed his appearance, but like... we already have an explanation for that. however, since we have actual dialogue about friend now that could hint at the idea, i AM more willing to consider it.

like, sure, maybe that's why his glasses are pink and yellow instead of orange and yellow. or maybe that's why he became a puppet freak to the point tenna couldn't recognize him.

but i'm not SOLD on the idea yet. it's FUN, i can enjoy it, and maybe i'll keep it in my pocket, but this is a big assumption to make from one piece of dialogue, especially when these things already have explanations. i'm not going to incorporate it into my worldview just yet.
