This is probably the triypical post from an Insta360 novice. I did a gravel ride on Tuesday evening. All around me it was raining, but riding the Ridge and under the canopy I was either above or protected from the drops... I was still soaked from the effort and high humidity. 15 miles and about 1600 feet of elevation change of the up hill nature.

Feels like 105 degrees. 20.8 miles
Bought an Insta360 action camera... now try to figure out how to use it.
Kind of a sick looking iris... but I tried. It was a first attempt. I will need to practice, drawing is fun but a struggle as well. Day 2 of 100 degrees... walked the dogs and watered the flowers this morning all before 7:00... still could have rung sweat out of my shirt. In the back of my mind I am bumming, I was hoping for a good long bike ride tomorrow but that will be day 3 of over 100 degrees and I don't want to risk over heating... I've seen heat stroke and heat exhaustion while in the Army... and I would be riding all by myself... so playing it safe...

This one is rough. I should video me trying to draw these... the concentration is must go through to control my tremors is sometimes incredibly intense... this one was pretty bad. I am happy I was able to do it but not so much with the result. I sometimes loose sight of the drawing because of the shaking... good enough for who it's for... "Me"
Tough ride or I just wasn't into it. It was a beautiful evening. Lots of hills, but it seemed at the bottom of the hills there was an intersection so you lose all momentum.

A little shade and color.
I feel like I have lost my mojo... so I made myself do this last night... I think I will shade it too. I want to cover up some of my shakey-twitchy lines. Yesterday was a bad shakey hand day... maybe caused by a weekend of pulling weeds and poor diet choices....

More cycling
26 miles last night, hilly, barely finished.
Sweet smells
We did almost 20 miles on the tandem yesterday on the Cumberland Valley Rail Trail. Lots of walkers and cyclists oh and 5 equestrians. A beautiful day and the smell of honeysuckle in the air was magnificent.
Cleaned the bird camera... caught this beautiful house finch.
Another day with pinhole. I won't worry you with pinhole specs or times... just know this is fun for me.
