Favourite thing about them:

Man why is this one giving me so much trouble? I think the sort of mini arc of him and Ishimaru becoming friends is fun

Least favourite thing about them:

Probably all the swearing? In my house growing up we had rules against using any swear words or even just ones that could hurt someone’s feelings (like hate or stupid) so even now as an adult I almost never swear myself so when characters do it a lot it seems odd lol.

I think him and Leon would have been good friends

Probably him and Chihiro since blackened/victim ships can be iffy

Random headcanon:

Humm, it could be fun if he gets cold really easily. Like he’s so used to always having that big coat on then when he doesn’t have it he gets chilly lol

Unpopular opinion:

I don’t know how actually unpopular it is, but I don’t think he had a very good motive for killing Chihiro. He just got really angry and then gave them the bonk of death lol, idk it just didn’t stand out to me as very compelling when I watched THH

Song I associate with them:

Okay so, Cruisin’ for a Brusin’ from Teen Beach Movie in my mind is sort of split between Mondo and Fuyuhiko lol (because one bit only really makes sense if it’s being sung by Fuyuhikos little sister) but it’s fun lol

Favourite picture of them:

In the 2020 Christmas animation I did there’s one scene where Mondo and Ishimaru are just setting the table in the background but I think it’s really sweet!
