So I think I can actually properly communicate why I hate the cock gif now as a representation of the project - it romanticizes and glamorizes Nova as a soldier and makes her seem too deliberately cool, and that's really not the vibe I want her to have for the story we're developing. It makes her feel like Dante when she's actually supposed to be scary and harrowing when she's like that. Otherwise, as a person she's awkward and dorky but you can't quite divorce her from the other side when you look at her in context, and neither can she. I just look back at it and cringe.

you probably Will find Nova cool, but it's another thing for the game itself to revel in it
