Isabelle entered the empty auditorium of the opera house. It was dark, and cold. She stood in the middle of the stage.
“Erik….” She began. “I-it’s been a while. But, I had my first big performance; earned lots of money… and friends…” she chuckled. But, heard no reply.
“Erik, I’m sorry I havnt spoken to you-“ she stopped herself. A thud sounded behind her, and when she turned around, she saw him- THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA- Erik!
he looked saddened, and, maybe even quite angry.
“Apologies, if I am the cause of your gloomy presence…”
“I am always gloomy,” Erik heard himself say.

“I am.. I missed you, yes,” he said. “But I’m not mad.”
Isabelle stood still. She didn’t know what to say.
“It’s- eh, it’s nice to see you… Erik…” she said suddenly. She said his name softly, with a little sadness in her voice. “I’m really sorry for not speaking with you. I- I was just on tour… a- and-“ she stopped. “There is, not excuse. I am sorry. I sort of- ghosted u”
she looked truly saddened to have left him alone for so long
